Good Science is a satirical comedy podcast masquerading as the official audio mouthpiece of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Hosted by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (played by Anthony Atamanuik) and joined by his aggressively unfiltered co-host Kyle Quimm (played by Gil Ozeri), the show cuts through so-called “Big Pharma disinformation” to explore health, science, conspiracy, and chaos. From vaccines to childhood obesity, each episode mixes absurd conspiracies, expert interviews, and celebrity guests (like Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Cheryl Hines — all played by comedians). The Podcast is poking fun at the manosphere, wellness culture, conspiracy theorists as well as political and comedy culture.
I’ve been looking forward to this podcast for a long time, and I was not disappointed! RFK Jr.’s dignified yet bizarre ramblings, and Kyle’s youthful wrongheaded exuberance, make a great combination. You never know what these guys are going to blurt out — much to the discomfort of their guests, and of course Bobby Jr.’s long-suffering wife Cheryl.
Anthony and Gil have put a lot of work into writing and preparation. In fact, they started this project more than a year before the real RFK Jr. announced the Secretary Kennedy Podcast. I now suspect this was his desperate bid to divert attention away from the boys. Only a week before the premiere, Bobby Jr. went so far as to get bitten by a couple of snakes, trying to grab headlines away from Good Science. I’m excited to see this podcast develop, and I can hardly wait for the next episode!
