One of the best.

The three Escape Artists podcasts Escape Pod, Pseudopod and Poscastle, make up the best the best audio fiction podcasts out there, but even among them, Pseudopod is, in my opinion, the best. I know from personal experience that making a podcast isn’t easy, and the EA staff really care about making their podcast the best they can be, and they are.

Absolutely Wonderful

This is, hands down, the BEST podcast of the many I subscribe to. I recommend it to everyone I know. The variety of stories and inclusivity of subject matter, the thoughtful commentary, the superb production quality... it makes me feel a little better that all of the stories I’ve submitted to them have been rejected, because the writers here are about as good as it gets. It gives me something to aspire to! And in the mean time, I’ll just go listen to another one 😂

Pseudopod is the BOMB!!!

I love Pseudopod so much! My wife and I listened to, “The Secret Of Ventriloquism” by Jon Padgett, and now I give her the creeps whenever I say something is “a trifle”.

Love this podcast

I have been listening to Pseudopod for over a year now and look forward to a new episode every week. The stories are always of exceptional quality and the narrators do a great job of bringing it to life. I have to say my favourite part of each episode is when the host, Alistair Stewart (or is it Alisdair?) deconstructs each story at the end. He's incredibly insightful, eloquent and funny and I find myself quoting him a lot to my friends. They now think I am a genius but wonder why I have a British accent. Seriously, Alistair could read the phone book and you will walk away feeling like your life gained purpose. If you only listen to one episode of Pseudopod, listen right to the end. Alistair's commentary is not to be missed. Must be the buttery man-vocals ;)

Amazing, as usual for Escape Artists. I go into withdrawal without it! Get the magazine app too, let's keep good literature streaming. Did you know listening to Pseudopod, Escape Pod and Clarkesworld on a regular basis innoculates you against brain eating zombie virus? Boredom too. I swear, every word is true....

You must subscribe

This is one of the best horror podcasts out there. I am a huge fan of Alasdair Stuart's comments at the end, I enjoy hearing that as much as the story. You must add this to your list!

I absolutley love Pseudopod because its always entertaining and is an easy way to indulge my secret love of horror. The content is usually really, really good and I find myself keeping the episodes I like the most to listen to again. But I really, really wish they would put the back epsiodes available on their site on iTunes. Please, post the back episodes!!

The Best

The is truely the best thing to happen to horror lit in a LONG time. It's smart, it's provocative, and it's a hell of a lot more frightening than what's been coming out of hollywood in the past few years. Check it out.
