Just listened to the Jeff McCarthy/Breadservice episode & connected deeply with his story. As a stay-at-home-dad with a modest home bread business, this was balm for my soul in many ways. This show is more about bakers than baking & that is its strength for sure. Thanks, Mark!

I really appreciate getting in on a good bakery-themed "chat" with those who have walked the walk and who share experiences I can seriously relate to. The series is still young (episode 4 just came out today) and I'm hooked already. Thanks for doing this, Mark.
I look forward to many, many more! And I have lots of bakery night shifts ahead of me to enjoy them through. Multiple thumbs up!

Mark, I can almost imagine the pot of coffee and scones at the table while you have this informal chat with these talented bakers. It's fascinating to hear their circuitous journeys to get where they are today. And I am learning more about your journey, too. I turn to this podcast before the others. Excellent!

Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this podcast! It's been great to listen to this morning while hand rolling a couple hundred bagels!
