This podcast is the perfect mix of humour and fantastic storytelling. It really does put you into a whole other world full of fantasy and wonder. I’ve re listened to episodes and they never get old. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends!

An amazing use of the Dungeonworld system. Fun and funny worldbuilding without devolving into chaos AND ALSO meaningfully emoptional without escalating to dull melodrama. Just great stuff.

This podcast makes use of a game system that allows for some really surprising and interesting and engaging gameplay. As well as this, the players are hilarious, and despite their frequent detours into absurdity, they create characters and relationships that are meaningful and full of life.

I like it more than Critical Role. There, I said it.

So you're probably sitting there like, damn I need a new AP podcast but what should i check out? Well Rando, you need some Spout Lore in your lives. This show starts off strong with the collaborative world building and keeps it going through many great goofs that instantly become canon. Numerous times i have had to pause this show from laughing too hard, when that man lost his Shi Tzu from his Schlass Meat game I thought i was going to die. The players and GM do such a great job working together that the story has a fantastic organic feeling to it and before you know it you are sucked into this wild world and itching for more of this tale. So buckle up, get ready for some great laughs, and prepare yourself for an amazing world that is literally constructed before your very (Mind's) eyes.

I love to hear how they work together to come up with engaging story details and hilarious comedy bits! I constantly recommend this show, you won’t be disappointed.

If the Adventure Zone and Critical Hit are fine wines, Spout Lore is definitely... not. But you don’t actually want a snooty wine anyway. You want something that will make you fall on your face and leave the kind of mark that people ask about for weeks.

Plus the sound quality and editing is ++.

(Ps: consider this the start of an official petition demanding that you bring back Seathan. Or maybe just I miss Mark’s dulcet tones.)

Everyone on the show is so talented, and they have such great chemistry with each other. I listen to a few actual play podcasts and this one stands out for the natural way the players and GM interact and build off of one another to make really great stories happen while having a great time together. I’m often in awe of the way they submerge into character and ad lib hilarious absurdities that flow and fit perfectly. Genius!

This made I larf. Beautifully done, engaging, funny fantasy gaming.

Love the characters, love the players, love the shenanigans, love the game!! The gameplay gives you the sense that these guys are real friends just goofing around with one another, which I LOVE in my podcasts!

If given the ultimatum between this podcast and my last morsel of sweet sloush(sp?) meat, I can say I would definitely, no, possibly, no, definitely most probably, choose this podcast.

The adlib yet detailed style of each character and their interactions with each other create an immersive story that leaves you wanting more. The thought of two grown seemeling deranged men travelling alone with a young child, whome they have zero apparent family connection to I might add, on their way

to a well known "hot dog" festival, may step into boundarys you may not dare to acknowledge. However, the very fact that this bring no worry or concern to the audience shows that there is more to this story, and it needs to be heard.

A great performance from all involved. I look forward to future episodes.
