A few years ago I was a broke, university dropout, living in one of the worst parts of the country, alone, with nothing but a laptop & a dream. Fast forward a few years, I’m the 27 year old CEO of one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. That company is called Social Chain. My world is intense, sometimes crazy, always challenging and always unpredictable. This podcast is simple, every week I’m going to share my personal diary with you and I want to give you an insight into what it’s like behind the scenes, being an entrepreneur, the deep, dark thoughts that nobody else will share with you and anything else that’s playing on my mind. This is not scripted, this is off the top of my head and this is direct from my diary. This is the diary of a CEO, I’m Steven Bartlett. If you’re a young aspiring entrepreneur then you MUST listen to this podcast. I’ve been on my journey for 2 years now and I wish I found it sooner. Grateful I found it this year. I had the opportunity to hear Steve speak today at DTS 19 and was blown away by his energy and concept behind Glass Box Content i.e Transparency which led me to this podcast!
I feel like I’ve known Steve for years and I’ve only listened to 3 episodes. Just goes to show the power of going deep with content and being transparent in a predominantly fake society. If you see this Steve I appreciate you and your message, keep crushing it!

If you’re looking for motivation this podcast isn’t for you. As an entrepreneur you have tons of thoughts running through your mind that very no one ever can relate too. As young entrepreneur I can easily relate to Stevens thoughts in his diary. It helps you when your second guessing or need another opinion in business & life.

Easily one of my fav podcasts. Been hooked since day 1. Steve Bartlett shares his intimate ups and downs as a CEO of a growing company. What makes this podcast so compelling is not its personal nature but in the way in which he tells his story. He’s an excellent orator. Early episodes dive deep into Bartlett’s interesting life while later episodes have Bartlett interviewing other CEOs and their personal and intimate journeys as they build their brands.
