Such good information but this podcast is so much quieter than my others. I always have a podcast in my ear when I’m cleaning and I’m always straining to hear this one.

Dr. Greger breaks down many frequently asked nutrition questions into bite-size pieces – most of the episodes are only 10- 20 mins long, so it’s like a nutritious snack when I’m in-between tasks and have no appetite or time for an hour-long podcast. It’s really quite entertaining – short and simple! He basically does all the tedious reviews on scientific literature for us and “connect the dots” on some of the controversial hot topics on food and nutrition.

If you want a plant based bias view, full
of cherry picked studies that promote a deficient plant based approach this is for you. Same nonsense as pushed on YouTube. Very easy to pick apart the bias point of views laid out in this podcast. Do NOT recommend.

It’s so refreshing to listen to a podcast that is not an extended infomercial.
I’ve been off work recovering from an emergency surgery so I have a lot of time to listen to podcasts, looking for optimal ways to recover. WFPB evidence is everywhere I turn to.

Feeling so grateful to have found out about nutrition facts! This podcast, his; website, book, Youtube channel is highly recommended. He doesn't care about beleifs but just the science. He rather punches you with latest peer reviewed balance of evidence so that you don't have to.
