A suburban American woman (Academy Award Nominee Toni Collette) travels to Rome after unexpectedly inheriting her estranged grandfather's Mafia empire. There, she discovers that her grandfather’s dying wish was for her to be the one to lead his mob empire. Because of this, her life changes in an instant, with hitmen constantly trying to assassinate her.
