I wish there was more to it but there’s always a sequel right guys but there can be a Super Mario Bros movie trilogy which would be awesome but will take at least 15 years!! Or more? I also watched it five times already!

Movie was simply ok and nothing special. Great choice of voice actors and the animation was good but the movie was highly predictable and a little too boring and too short. Definitely just a kids movie.

Worth a rental at the very least

This movie is very nostalgic and very funny. This movie is good for fans old and new. The music were very close to the franchise and I hope this gets a sequel someday.

I liked the movie! It was not as good as I thought but it is still good anyways!

This review is not about the movie it’s about my purchasing of it. I pre-ordered this WEEKS ago and now that it’s finally out, it says I didn’t buy it! I looked everywhere for my receipt and checked my balance to see if it re-funded me but the balance in my iTunes is less than what I payed for so I think I did not get re-funded.

Whenever I call apple no one can help me with ITunes and Apple Store so I won’t even bother.

I’m absolutely livid and will NEVER purchase a movie on any apple platform again.

Worth watching. Very entertaining especially if you’re a Super Mario fan and played the games. Glad I bought it. Thanks for making this awesome movie!

This is a great movie that checks every box it needed to check. The cast has done a fantastic job with the characters. Jack Black should get an award for his role! 🍑🍑🍑

Family loved it! Fun, entertaining, with no political agendas!

It was an excellent film. the cameos, the remixed themes, the voice acting some moments will have you laughing some moments will have you focused on the music and the scene that the remixed theme is from in the movie all the little Easter eggs that are in plain sight. it is an excellent film to go see in theatres either with your friends or your family, the story is a little wonky and fast paced but you can easily make sense of it if you squint hard enough, great film can’t wait for the sequel.

I love this movie. It has 40 years of Easter eggs and a great attention to detail, along with Comedy, Adventure, and a charming story with great voice acting and animation

This was a great adaptation of a game franchise. Probably one of the most enjoyable so far, with secrets hidden all through out the movie. Voice acting was great too! Some “accredited” critics argue the story line’ too simple and the characters are a little under-developed. Sure if you’re looking at this as a stand-a-lone movie, but it’s not made/supposed to be a stand-a-lone. It’s made as a movie that brings all the great elements of the Mario games to the big screen, for children to enjoy. Children young and old who love the games and maybe ones who have yet to play them. Maybe disney is paying off some of these critics to tank the rating. This is a great movie and I can’t wait to see more come out of Nintendo!

Feel like young again

Super Mario Bros. Movie is an amazing love letter the the video games and doesn’t miss a beat. The references, video game lore and logic, Easter eggs, and characters are all perfect! I was smiling the whole time!

A non fan of Mario could appreciate the movie.

But a fan will love it ! 😏

This movie is everything you could want in a Mario movie. There’s plenty of Easter eggs for the fans. The visuals are so bright and detailed and they have done the mushroom kingdom proud. The story is the basic Mario story with a predictable twist. Pratt isn’t terrible as Mario so don’t get you overalls in a bunch about it. Charlie Day as Luigi was amazing but it did make me wish Danny Devito was Mario. The rest of the voice cast do there jobs well but the stand out is Jack Black as Bowser. This is a perfect family movie with plenty of laughs for everyone and it’s only 92 minutes!

My wife & I loved loved loved this new 2023 Super Mario Bros movie a lot. It was fun, exciting & fun. I was grinning the entire time & was just thrilled by how much we were enjoying the movie. Chris Pratt as Mario 👍🏽🫶🏽🙌🏽👌🏽
