So many emotions during this read
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Let me start by saying that I’m a chameleon. I absorb people’s feelings and with good books, I do the same with fictional characters. This book had me all over the place. I had to take breaks because I was too much in the emotions to keep going. I laughed, I cried, I got anxious, disturbed and ready to attack. I also had to stop reading because I wanted to try Chelsea buns lol. I felt like I understood the characters (mostly lol) and I had the luck to also have the author, Evie, in the side, ready to help me understand more or learn about her inspiration at the back. Definitely would recommend reading books with a text chain straight to the author hahah it was awesome. Did you know that some characters are inspired by real people ? Like always I went into a rabbit hole and learned lots about the real places or people haha. I was obsessed with these characters and really had fun diving into this world Evie created. The characters definitely were 3 dimensional and none of them were perfect, but they were still awesome and people I would want in my life. Except for one… I’m still ready to find them and hurt them really badly because I don’t feel like they had their just due… I need more than one therapy session following some of their actions haha. All in all, I give 5/5 for this book. Definitely recommend it. There’s even a Star Wars joke in it 😂
