About the author
Ellen G. White (1827-1915) is considered the most widely translated American author. Her works having been published in more than 160 languages. Guided by the Holy Spirit, she exalted Jesus and pointed to the Scriptures as the basis of one’s faith. Ellen White wrote on a wide variety of spiritual and practical topics, from spiritual, to health, education, ministry, financial and marital advice. Her best known most translated work is Steps to Christ, followed by the 5 conflict of the ages series: Patriarchs and Prophets, Prophets and Kings, Desire of Ages, Acts of the Apostles, and The Great Controversy. Ellen G. White is also credited as the co-founder of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

When you read theses words, they become more than words. They help you to understand God more and our responsibilities to Him, our fellow men and gives us instructions for a better life. It does not replace the Bible, but it enhances it! They are not EGW writing word’s they are God’s, she was his pen. God is wonderful, loving, understanding & merciful. Excellent features. Cloud based, syncs across my devices. My only quibble is the “select text” feature is finicky and doesn’t work near the edges of a page.

This app has been improved over the years and every little update makes it better. I like having access to all the main book’s at the tips of my finger. Good for notes, highlights, casual and devotional reading. Excellent work!

A big problem
I really appreciate the app, but why did you change the search tools? I'm frustrated with the changes that have been made because the search operators don't actually work anymore. I can only do simple searches, And when I do simple searches, my search criteria is no longer highlighted in the text. I have to read the whole text to find what I searched for. The whole point of the app is to search content, so I hardly use it anymore as the it is frustrating to search now.

Good, but downloads disappear
I really appreciate this app, but several times I have downloaded much of the material, only to have it disappear from my iPad a few weeks later. My Settings shows the app using 2.6 GB of data, but the downloaded material has disappeared!

The EGW is taken over by the Jesuit’s of Rome. So many words were taken and replaced by the expression Eucharist.
We never had this filthy expression in our literature.

This is one of the best apps! It’s works very well, has an orderly arrangement of the books, and allows you to choose the exact place in the book that you want to read.
Also, there are NO bothersome adds that pop up as you are reading.

This may be the single most powerful app to ever exist. Use it and be empowered by the HOLY GHOST.Listen to any of the Books written by the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in audio format! And/or read along in text, highlighting and copy/pasting any of the HOLY QUOTES with reference included every paragraph!!!

Re-downloading books already downloaded
It’s a good app. I’ve been using it for a few months. One thing tho is that once all the books I downloaded disappeared. So I had to re-download them all.

Old app is much better
This new version isn’t well thought out. Basic tasks such as searching behave as though the app developer never used the function. Like seriously, a back button that doesn’t take you back to your results. (Takes you to the home page).
The original app feels like the designer really put their heart into it.

Modern version
Modern Vision water down what Sister Ellen White actually wrote removed them from the app and I will rate higher. Also make it so we don’t have to download within the app. Make it like the older EGW app where everything is already there. Thank you.

Let me start by saying, what a tremendous privilege it IS to be the first here to write a review on this product. This AP EGW is the most potent source of truth beside the Bible. Truly, "The Spirit of Prophesy" is clearly revealed in her published writings.
After you download this FREE Ap, look at the index for audiobooks, choose The Great Controversy, and listen to the audio reading of Chapter 40 God's People Delivered, and tell me you are not "transported" to a near out-of-body experience.

Best app in Adventism ever!
Congratulations to the EGW Estate team for a job well done. Talk about "leaves of autumn"! I love the fact that all languages are in one app, that I can download materials in any of them, and that we can now sync the Study Center via iCloud. Thank you for the Bibles and the audio readers.
