Cubasis LE is the compact version of Steinberg’s streamlined, multitouch sequencer for the iPad, providing the same look and feel of its bigger brother Cubasis. Specially designed for quick and easy operation, Cubasis LE makes recording, editing and mixing a breeze. With MicroSonic, Cubasis LE includes a virtual instrument to be played in real-time using the flexible virtual keyboard. Song ideas can be captured with up to four audio and four MIDI tracks and further edited and polished to perfection with the integrated editors, mixer and selected effects. Thanks to the Cubasis project importer, Cubasis LE projects can be even opened in Cubase — both on Windows and OS X. Doesnt unlock
As tommy said; it doesn’t unlock with my new Yamaha THR30ii.
It supposed to but it’s just stuck in demo mode...

It does not unlock
I recently purchased a Yamaha thr30II and decided to try this included free software with my compatible device. I load up the software and get this message “to unlock all Cubasis LE features, please connect a supported device (via Bluetooth taphere)”. Which i do and can see my LE THRII there, however it does nothing and is stuck on that screen. Start demo or buy. So I have a compatible device connected and it still doesn’t work.

Where are my purchases?
I had this app on my old iPad and had paid for the classic synths in app purchase ($39.99) and now have a 30 minute demo and no purchases to restore? I use the same Apple account. I also have a steinberg account with cubase 10 pro. How do I use this app without paying an additional $70?

Useless without in app purchases
It is useless without purchasing ‘Full feature’ as in app purchase, which actually doubles the price tag you see. Without that you have limited functionality and connectivity. But wait, if you buy all in app purchases it is more expensive than Cubasis, full version available as a separate app. They try to milk money as much as they can. I would give a negative 55 stars if I could.

Won’t restore purchases
How many times do I have to re-buy this after the last upgrade? Give me back the previous version with everything I paid for already. It says no purchases on my account?

Awesome!
Unlike the one star rating, this app is only advertised once you’ve bought hardware that include Cubase AI, or buying the software yourself. This means you’re only supposed to get the app BECAUSE it’s compatible with the base software. A one star rating is not appropriate because you can’t get the whole thing because of a “paywall”. The DAW is great, and has some awesome features to play with! Makes working in one key easy and convenient for new producers, while also still allowing everything for experienced ones.
I know that sometimes owners will put fake reviews on to make the product look better (*cough*amazon*cough*), so just letting you know this is a genuine review by a product owner. If you want a portable DAW connected to your Cubase AI, this works great!

Compatible Hardware
Since I don't have anything on the compatible hardware list, I CANNOT try out any of the features of this app. And I am NOT going to buy any additional hardware to try this out to see if I want to spend $70.00 on the full app.
