Needs a big fixing
Well it’s not a rocket science to fix the lagging and slowing responsive issues in your app
If the developer can’t fix it please find another one who knows his job and know what to do rather than spread bad reputation about your company
It’s ridiculous for me to ask about the phone app before buying the security camera to see if it’s work or not.

EZView doesn’t work after iPhone update
There is no one to contact for help. There is a glitch in the system. Now that the iPhone updated we can not access the camera remotely. Can someone resolve this. That is the whole point of these cameras.

Useless update
With this supposed update, I can’t even open my easy view. It didn’t download. How do I get delete it from my phone? I won’t be accepted any more easy view updates.

Terrible update
The app was unreliable at best before, but now after this update it is the WORST. It would even load. Keep getting error 151 or network error on WiFi or cellular data. PLEASE FIX!!! My cameras are useless to me without this app!!
