Description
The Versatrans My Stop mobile app provides access to bus information and student ridership data. My Stop accesses GPS data and gives parents and guardians secure access to information on where their child’s school bus is and what time it is expected to be at their stop. My Stop also provides notifications when a student scans on or off the bus, or when the bus is late leaving the garage. School districts can also send mass notifications to all subscribed users to inform them of general information such as school delays and closings.
Versatrans My Stop is only available to families in school districts that use Versatrans to manage student transportation. Ask your district if they provide their parents with access to Versatrans My Stop.

Terrible
In addition to gross inaccuracy, the app requires separate login by student, so if you have multiple kids, have fun with that. That's if you can even get it set up in the first place, which has black font on black background in-app, and requires PC for initialization.

Useless
This app is terrible. It’s never accurate, never gives notifications if a bus is cancelled and is completely unreliable. I am surprised our school board recommends using it. So many times my child has been left waiting in freezing cold temperatures only to find the bus is cancelled (even though the bus shows it is active on the app) and I need to find an alternate way to get him to school.

Pls fix this app
Would be nice if you guys could fix the bugs on this app, a lot of people use it for peace of mind when it comes our littles getting to and from school safely!

App needs updating
App doesn’t work consistently. Wont load and notifications come through much later after kids scan on.

Can’t trust this app
I can’t believe my school board uses this app for supposedly being able to track my child.
First, he takes two buses to school I can track the bus that picks him up and drops him off but I am unable to track the bus that actually takes him to school and picks him up at school. What’s the point if I can’t see him the whole way to school?
Second, the times are not accurate one day it told me the bus was 15 minutes late so I waited to go to the bus stop to collect him (the bus has consistently been 15 minutes late so no surprise). All the sudden my son who is in grade 1 is at my front door and the app is still saying the bus is 15 minutes late. My grade 1 child walked him alone because the app was inaccurate!!!
This app is dismal at best. If you’re going to sell your self to large organizations that deal with children you should work better than this.
The school board should find a better more accurate app or ask for a refund for this one.

Pointless
This app is pointless if you have a child that goes to daycare. With the child having two possible stops you should be able to view both bus routes, or at the very least choose what days you want to view which routes. Instead, the app decides what days you can view what routes. What’s the point?!?!

Once again...
Well for the second year in a row, about halfway through the school year, the app becomes completely unreliable again. Says the bus isn't active when it is actually nearing my house, scans don't show up for hours if at all...what a joke, I don't know why I even bother counting on it to do its job. It's an extremely simple app, how hard can it be to get it right?? Especially that it has to do with kids and busses etc, you'd think even the slightest effort would be put into maintaining it...

Not accurate - no scan history kept
Not accurate and scans come six hours later sometimes or usually not at all and no history of scans is kept. Useless

So unreliable
School boards must have a better option than this garbage app. Highly unreliable. There are days where the GPS doesn’t work and other days where it’s 5-10 minutes behind. Also, the scanning of my kids on the bus gets glitchy. Truly terrible.

Only sometimes works
I started using this app last year and loved that I could see where my children were and when they would be home. This year the app seems to have a lot of bugs. It consistently freezes when I check it in the afternoon and doesn’t show where my kids bus is. Makes it tough to gauge when I should be coming out to meet them. I live in very cold and freezing temperatures so standing at the end of the driveway for 15 minutes waiting for the bus to arrive sucks when I could and should be able to use the app to give me an expected time of arrival. First world problems I know, but it’s cold!!

Don't work 😕
I downloaded this. I tried to log in to the app. Would try to load then say error. I attempted to log in several times. Every time the same thing! I deleted the app and reinstalled and same thing. I am very disappointed with this app😕
