Is the app dead?
Worked well when our vets office first started using it 4 years ago but it hasn’t worked since 2023. Just does the buffer spin. App claims an “bug fix update” happened Oct 2024 but there hasn’t been one.

Used to be great… now non-functional
This app used to be great. Could make appointments, request medication refills and update info so easily… now it is constantly buffering- can’t do anything in the app because it’s not loading properly. Been like this since Aug 2024… what is happening???

Needs to be better
I always have trouble with this app and have to reload it. I spent half my time watching it circle around. Very annoying

Broken
Haven't been able to log in for a while now--just get prompted to enter a code and once I do, I receive an error.

Doesn’t work, stuck loading
This app used to work decently, was never amazing but got the job done. However now the app just doesn’t work at all. When I launch it’s just stuck spinning and gets nowhere

It’s broken :(
This used to work really for keeping track of my dog’s health records. Plain and simple. But after a recent update, it just buffers endlessly, making it unusable. :(

Login isn’t working
I get the ‘please wait’ when I try to open the app and it seems to have stalled out at this screen.
As others have said, I don’t appreciate having to login every time I want to use the app. I just want to access my dog’s profile; does it have to be this complicated?
Please fix the app.

I cannot stand this app anymore.
This app had so much potential to be a good app, but I find that it’s constantly trying to boot up. Also, you can’t just login normally you have to constantly get a code sent to your email which you’re waiting for. you think they would’ve installed a face recognition to make it faster but instead they expect a code and it’s not even the same code to get in every time you have to get a new code super frustrating. I just wanna be able to login.
So now either half the time I’m waiting to try and get into the app to see if it boots up at all OR IM waiting for an email that takes 10 minutes to arrive.
I just want to be able to get my dog medicine or check my dog stats.
At this rate I’m better off calling the office directly than using this.

I’d just like to be able to book multiple pets at one time rather than booking separately or adding a note.

I love that I can schedule appointments, check upcoming dates, reorder prescriptions and everything I need is available!!

Impossible to access the log in button on the first screen.

Good app overall
So far the app is fair....the side menu bar is clunky. Only thing I thing this needs to correct is darker fonts...light blue on white is too pale.
Should also be able to modify my personal information. Booking appointments does not work - says I need to contact clinic.
