No lookup number on parking locations. Lists locations seemingly randomly (ie not alphabetized) when you go to search for them. Map search didn’t work at all for me. Seems designed to create parking tickets.

This app charged more than the on site machine. It also doesn’t use Apple Pay. Inconvenient and not a good app. Why use texting instead of app notifications? Seems like they just want a lot of personal info.

This app is totally useless and does not work. How towns and cities even allow this non-working app for parking payment is mind blowing and at the same time will fine you for non payment!!! Town parking managers themselves need to try and use this app.
Developers really need to either make this work else they will be replaced by good working apps! They are numerous apps out there that are excellent and work every time.

Signed up via the app but it wouldn’t auto-populate my credit card info and I didn’t have the physical card on me so I backed out and walked over to the on-site meter and paid instead for a period of 12h and placed the printed ticket on my dash. An hour and a half later I was informed that I had been issued a $45 fine for expiring time. Messaged via the contact form and still no response.

Horrible. Payed for 48 hours on the app and they don’t tell you that it’s not actually 48 hours, but 6am the second day. Paid 2pm for 48hours, picked up at 8am second day only to get a ticket because our time was apparently up at 6am. When purchasing it said 2pm.
Not only this, but it took them a month to finally reply about the ticket and still make us pay full price.
How kind of them to reduce the ticket back to normal price even tho it was a month later. Do not park here unless you want to pay for parking AND a ticket.

This company is an absolute joke. Not only did I receive a parking ticket 40 mins after paying for 24hours of parking through the app, but then when I went to report the error, their customer service team never responded. Over 4 days later and I have yet to here from their team. Save yourself the headache and use the parking machines in the lot.
A note to the company: you clearly have no respect for your customers. I would recommend actually having a customer service team to avoid losing your partnership with Canada Wide Parking.

Almost immediately after I downloaded this app, connected my credit card, and paid for parking through it, my credit card was charged $1200 by apple.com . I had not otherwise used my card in days and had not purchased any app or otherwise in many many days. Obviously I canceled my card and am not paying this fraudulent charge but am extremely upset and horrified and warn everyone, check your card a few hours after paying for parking. I'm reporting to our city, where the parking lot was posted, as well as to Apple. SCAMMERS--whether from this app or otherwise infiltrated via this app.

Parked in underground parking in Toronto, and was given a ticket within 7 minutes of working while I was on the way up to my unit where there was signal. No signal underground and wanted to pay with the app.
Gave me a ticket at 1512 and I paid for parking at 1519 when I was able to finally get a signal.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. I’m trying to dispute it but it’s almost impossible.
