Finally Carplay version is here
I am really happy finally it is working with CarPlay. But there is no driving mode without selecting destination. We need that so that we can see closest gas station, restaurant etc. We need more map option with different colour. Red should represent traffic that is more eye catching. Thanks for Carpaly support.

Direction of Travel Error
I was so excited when it became available on CarPlay, however if you’re not using directions the direction of travel is not correct. Makes it very dangerous to use as your always having to look at the map to confirm left, right, straight. Back to the other maps until this hazard is corrected.

Missing Speed Limit in CarPlay
This is such a cool app however it’s missing the main feature in CarPlay and that’s the speed limit control/sound! Why doesn’t in work in CarPlay?
If you exceed speed limit it only warns you if you use the app on your phone and not after you connect it via CarPlay so watch out... Would give 5* if it worked in CarPlay.

No CarPlay support, no feature updates for more than 2 years
One of the apps I loved the most in terms of offline navigation transitioning from windows phone. No CarPlay support still in 2020 makes me think they are not serious about their maps app anymore. For around 2 years it has been only bug fixes and stability improvements, no new updates, that’s shows no active development and the app is only in maintenance mode.
Other than that the maps are okay for now. Hope we get CarPlay support soon.

Disappointing
If you add the destination first you can’t add the starting point easily because it defaults to the destination box; frustrating & dumb time-wasting design. Also the Send Feedback button didn’t work. I really wanted to love this app. Going back to Google.

Very good with room for improvements
Its an app that can go well beyond light use.
I made several extensive trips along several states and Here performed flawlessly.
However I think it needs three improvements:
1-Altimeter, every good GPS worth it salt has it.
2-While not in guidance mode it should leave a visible track on the map of the distance driven the last x number of miles.
Last but not least;
3-Make it CarPlay ready or Google Maps will eat you alive.
I will be willing to buy a CarPlay ready version to help with the development but I will never fall for the ‘monthly or annual’
subscription, I would rather continue with Google

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is honestly such a good app if you don’t wanna pay 150$ for a real GPS or if you just don’t have data for google maps. It gives me all the features of a regular GPS but on my phone!! It’s honestly a lifesaver. I have a terrible sense of direction and space so i’m constantly missing exits and turns and I usually have no idea where i’m going but this is quick to reroute and direct me in the right direction in a clear and concise way. It’s fast, it’s effective and ITS FREE!! If i could give it more stars I would ♾⭐️

How are the POIs sorted in Collections?
I have been using this app for quite a while and I really like this app a lot. I still have not figured out how my POIs sorted in the collections. Can Support team explain the logic behind that?
It is not sorted by the last saved into the collection.
It is not sorted by the closest to my GPS location.
It is not sorted by names of the POIs in the collection.
It is not sorted by recent use/most used POIs.
It is so random and confusing.
I really want this app be my main source for maps and navigation.
Please explain and make it work better for your users.

Destination direction is NEEDED to be FIXED
Please fix the destination direction as been using it for a long time and when I arrive at the destination it just says “arrived at the destination” without mentioning the direction, should mention it “your destination is on the left or right”.

I think Here We Go is excellent on all platforms, and seems to take the least fiddling to get an address entered or searched. What would make it even better is if we could utilize the added safety of Apple CarPlay with this app

Best offline map app on App store
This is the only reliable offline map app I found which works the way it should. Love it or hate it but tell me which other app will accurately offer info on public transportation in offline mode like this one does? This maybe not be the best one in navigation when it comes to driving but it just works for hikers and alike. Keep up the good job of updating this Here Global B.V. Team. Thank you.

Worse than paper
I was trying to use non-google options but this app is just unusable. Every time i used it it would send me on a crazy route that was ridiculously wrong. Even after updating the maps it still wouldn't know which roads were actually there. It could never tell me what traffic was like until I already knew because i was sitting in a traffic jam, and it would frequently tell me "head to nearest road" but actually the app had just crashed either because i knew better than to do what it said or because i hit traffic and it freaked out because it didn't know what to do with a car at a standstill. It also has a crap interface. So unreliable that I'm switching to apple maps.

Doesn’t launch
I used this app on my old iPhones. For some reason when I installed it on my new one, the app won’t launch. I have tried several times and no go. Is there a fix? Or do I have to look for a new app to use?

Simply the best for car navigation
I need offline maps as I am always traveling in other countries and Here is the best I’ve come across testing a bunch; simple, nice interface and all maps available for all countries for free makes it the best around.

CarPlay Support Please
This is a fantastic navigational app that does not require data. Unlike most other map apps that are not easy to use off line, this was designed to be used off line.
Until Here has CarPlay support, I may have to figure out how to use “G” maps offline properly. And no iPad support?

One of the best offline maps
I really like it on my iPhone. I use it on a regular basis and while travel.
I am surprised and disappointed that it does not have iPad version.
This is a great app and hope it can make to support iPad too.
Also, there is not much Asia maps, e.g. Japan, North Korea, and China are all missing.
That is too bad and sad.

New version is not usable, don’t update
The latest version 2.0.41 is very buggy. At the first use after the update, it crashed, frozen several times. It points to inaccurate location at the map when search an address, which is about few hundreds meter away with the actual place. It was used to be a good navigation app, but it is no any more since recent few update. Have used this app for years, now I am going to delete.

Great app world wide
Love this app have used in Canada, US, Most of Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East with no issues. Offline mode is great if you have limited or no access to data.
