This app is not allowing me to change the city despite deleting all other cities and choosing the city I want numerous times!

Use the website instead. Garbage.
This app is garbage. It doesn’t show a fraction of what the website shows when you search the same things. What’s the Point if the app isn’t showing everything for sale?? I search for rental units and so does my wife and she’s on the website from her laptop and she’s sending me a tonne of posts that are not on my app. Deleted it right away

Log in link doesn’t work
I am used to the un-userfriendly nature of this app as it was doing the job but the new login link requirement has made this app totally unusable. I have to use the web version now. Can not sign in to the app anymore.

Couldn,t upload pictures for craigslist for hours. This app corrects that problem. Probably the only solution.

Not working.
Up until now, this app has been awesome. Worked flawlessly.
But recently, it started not working. No matter what we search, any category, wifi connected or data it says nothing found.

demands location services, sells your data
officially you can opt out of providing your location data, but if you do, the app will inundate you with popups prompting you to enable location services. there's no way to dismiss these popups so you're forced to hit okay and then you are involuntarily transferred to apple settings to adjust your app preferences. this is dirty, manipulative behaviour. unacceptable.

Loaded fine but when I went to login and post I just ended up in a loop of confirmation emails and login failures. Ended up using my browser and had a post done in minutes.
Don’t use this product. It’s pointless!!

Error after error
I’ve tried posting an add on the app, went through every step, got to the final phase of agreeing to their terms and conditions and the page just takes me to another page which is completely blank. After a few seconds an error message appears, ‘the connection was lost’ it says. So frustrating! And there’s nothing wrong with the connection because after several attempts to put a posting up, the coincidence of the ‘lost connection’ is simply improbable!

I’m giving this 4 stars as the app is reliable and pretty functional. What I (and many others) would like to see is a modern update on the UI so it looks like iOS 12x not iOS 7/8. Please take this to consideration Dev!

Contact feature sucks
All the other reviews say it’s easy to use. I want to use Gmail as my default, but it will only click through to “mail” and then when I try to copy the email contact links they don’t work. It’s so irritating I have to go to the original post on a website first and then click within the copy part of the email and select it all. Why doesn’t Craigslist have their own app anymore?? It wasn’t perfect but it worked.

Very good app well organized but have an issue where the I can’t change the email it uses to contact people. It uses a throwaway email on my phone and it seems very unprofessional. This quick fix would make it a 5-star app

Missing ads
I loved this app... until about 5 minutes ago. I was browsing on my computer and found an ad for something I want. I wanted to send the ad to a friend by text, so I opened the app to send it but couldn’t find it. I used the key words in the ad, the make, model, etc. I could find other, similar ads, but not the one I was looking for.
Now I question how many other ads I may’ve missed out on because of this app.
It’s great for posting ads though, so that’s why it gets 2 stars.

Only minor issue is after selecting regions to search in there’s no ‘done’ button or way to confirm you choice and return to the search.
