A few years ago, we built Itemtopia as an app just for us to become better organized with everything in our lives. Then, we shared it with our friends. And, our app has taken off around the world. Thank you. Itemtopia is located in beautiful Canada and we support our users for free.

WHO ARE OUR USERS?
Our users are homeowners, landlords, collectors, small businesses, students, and anyone who realizes that being organized requires a method and structure to be organized. We are that App.
WHAT WE DO
We are a unique and simple way to add your home and important things, then use notes (or journal) and add receipts to track the history, value, images, and expenses on these everything you add. You can add warranties, set reminders for anything and even print reports. We have categories for your items, for people, for pets and even your services.
ITEM CATEGORIES
We categorize the things you own and allow you to keep a history of everything that happens to anything you add. Our reports are great to view the TOTAL VALUE of your things, or track expenses for taxes, or for historically looking up past information.
SEARCH
We are a growing database of everything in your life. Everything you add is searchable for you.
ADD PURCHASE RECEIPTS OR EXPENSES
You can add expenses for you, your home, any person, item, service or pet and you can tag receipts or expenses with an expense type and report on these for tax season. You can even flag them as tax-deductible or reimbursable.
ADD NOTES TO THINGS, SERVICES, HOME, PEOPLE AND PETS
Add notes about services (insurance documents, cellphone, and internet plan details) and these are time stamped.
WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?
PETS - Keep vaccination records, allergies, food, add reminders for periodic medication, photos to track growth or track health records and costs.
CARS - We check recalls for you! Add your ownership, VIN, expenses, vehicle history, mileage, photos, what you repaired, reminders, videos and more.
HOME - Protect against possible disaster so document everything in it with photos and even add your receipts or warranties. Remind yourself to fertilize or change the furnace filter.
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY - Add eye prescriptions or use notes to add medical records, a Journal and set up any personal reminders.
CLOTHING - Create a single Item called ‘Clothing’ and add a new note, with photos of the tops/dresses and the size for each brand. Every clothing brand has different sizing for so the next time you will know what size fits you best for that brand.
COSMETICS - Add a note on what cosmetics you like and do not like, what you are allergic to, as well as what you paid.
TOOLS AND SMALL ENGINES - Things like last oil change date, spark plug number and repairs bills.
YOUR RACE CARS! - Add notes on the car's track setup for each race and track as well as the tire pressures and track temperatures for the day. Take photos of timesheets so I can compare them for the next race.
BOATS - Set reminders to check gear oil in the fall and add the warranty for accessories such as trolling motor, bilge pump, etc. Added a note which includes insurance or fishing card.
ROUTERS and INTERNET - Add the IP address and password for the wifi hardware and set-up guide as well as the warranty and receipts.
WARRANTIES - We keep all the details for all warranties and we even remind you when they are about to expire.

A great place to store important info on your possessions
This app is great for storing pertinent information on your possessions such as service notes for electronics or at your favorite brand of oil to use in your car and when service is next due, however this app is not limited to that I have put all of my most important possessions on this app so that one day if I need to remember information such as purchase date or location I will have it.

Fantastic App - LUV "It"
Simple to understand & well thought out. I use it to keep the details about things I own - receipts, pictures and notes. It's super simple but crazy capable. Very easy to add notes or things to Items. I also use it as my personal Build Thread about my Jeep (I'm building an off-road Rubicon and buying parts for it now) because it keeps my friends aware of what I am doing to my Jeep. I add a note and it comes across their Feed if they're Following my Jeep. I list of all the items and parts I ordered for it and all the warranty info, and contact info so it's always there. I even added some videos and PDFs.
Most of my stuff is Private so no one sees it. I like that option.
