Oh no the redesign removed key features

Please bring back the summary after parking that showed what I was charged as a total.

Bug: I purchased 30 mins and it only gave me 15 minutes.

Ending a parking session early doesn’t confirm I got my refund for the prorated amount.

Fix this and I’ll update my rating.

Victoria parking is a scam

Be ready to be charged insane amounts of money and the lovely timer only serves to be a countdown to more lost money. Best thing to do is try hard to use 2 hour non paid parking spaces and let these scum bags starve. Give us a monthly parking pass just as you do bussed or get lost.

I wish I’d known about this year’s ago… Though maybe it didn’t exist then. So nice to be able to collect my thoughts before I head to work or school and make sure when I’m right beside the parking stall number that I’m getting the number right, paying while still in my warm car! I Love that I can just pay with my phone and don’t need to remember change… So convenient and easy.

Laughably bad system

I wanted to do a simple thing - change the email for my Park Victoria account. No way to do it either through the app or website. In fact, no way to login properly on the website - every time I tried it acted like I wanted to set up an account. So in the end I set up a new account using the website, but when I tried logged into that account on the app so I can use it, the stupid app set up yet another new account. Worst IT ever

The only way to pay for parking in Victoria, literally

The parking machines downtown don’t work and never have (doesn’t matter whose card you use). The thing is you won’t know that they don’t work until you have walked away and come back to a ticket on your vehicle.

Luckily, the app works really well and is super convenient.

Payment is so archaic.

The idea of the app is awesome. Especially in a town where there isn’t enough parking. I have lots of meetings downtown and need to pay on the move. The problem is you cannot load the card until the balance is 0. You know that only happens at the most inconvenient times. I want to give you money, why make it so hard.🙁
