I paid for my annual subscription but it’s not working
I am trying to restore my VIP privileges but the only message I get why I tap on already purchased is “can’t connect to iTunes Store”. Either please refund my money or make this work please.

Used to be good... now it’s crap
This used to be a great app, I used for most of the editing for my YouTube videos, and now it’s awful. The gifs used to be like cut out stickers and fun to add, now they are block gifs. All of the music with the templates are copyrighted. The usability is more difficult and not smooth like it used to be. The worst is that the sound doesn’t match up to the visuals when the video downloads... meaning my voice doesn’t match my mouth moving and it looks so bad... and overall gives me unprofessional looking videos. I also paid for the full version when I got this app 3.5 years ago. I left a previous review where the developers responded giving and email they never replied to me with... and my previous review is mysteriously gone. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP. I’m thinking of making a negative review for my over 19k subs on YouTube on this... it’s THAT BAD.

Subscribed for annual without my authorization
Videoshow has been one of my favorite video app until recently. I subscribed for a 3 days trial only to be charged 30$ for a while damn year. I tried to send them emails, contact their Instagram page and so on. So far i have heard nothing from them and it seems like they’re just charging people annual fees with a fake trial scheme.
If they care about their customers then they should provide them support and reply emails.

Moi j’ai des problèmes 👎avec leurs applications, en plus j’ai acheté le programme et les image de mes vidéos sont tous flou dès que je les mets sur vidéo Show . Si je prend un autre programme tout est super.
J’ai des problèmes autant sur mon cellulaire que sur mon IPad avec l’image est vraiment pas belle est brouillée.

To be completely honest eveytime I go and film a video And then want to see the end result it looks horrible it’s really slow when I talk it’s not up to speed you can barely hear anything and I’ve noticed when I’m reading all of other people‘s complaints video shows the same thing over and over again we don’t have time for that fix this app now or people have no reason to download it and I see that it’s a Shanghai developer and what is that person cannot speak English or any other associate that works with the head person I believe that they should find somebody that knows English and could help resolve the problems and I’m giving it a one star because I lease you have an editor because even work there’s a picture of his other things it’s just be free so it’s different from any other editing but it’s not

Crashes everytime now
Used to run so well. Not sure what’s happened after recent updates but app shuts down everytime I run it or start edit. Using iPhone 6s on latest iOS so not sure. Frustrating af tbh.

App is full of bugs and keeps crashing!
Even though I have the VIP subscription it keeps requesting payments for different features.

This app is great!
I am used to using a different video editor so it will take some getting used to but other than that, I absolutely love VideoShow! My only suggestion is that you add more transitions. I have a animal jam YouTube channel and I like to make intros so more transitions would be fantastic!
