So far...So bad.
Constantly crashes and has to reload, so far a reload takes anywhere from 5 minutes to my longest yet at 52 minutes. It will auto switch between driving and on duty, so if you have no cell phone service you have to be content with those two options only. Going on reset or sleeper with no cell service, nope you’re on duty. Want to change trailers in a place with no cell service (trailer overnight switch run), no dice, you didn’t want to do that anyway. DVIR your unit when switching said trailers, you’ll have service somewhere, sometime later down the road, it’ll be fine to do that bit of required work whenever you feel like it. I would say that GeoTab is probably best suited to use if you never plan to be out sight of cell tower, should you drive over the highway or into any remote areas (Alaska Highway) where cell service is sporadic at best. Plan on having everything driving or on duty, no Pre or Post trips or the ability to change trailers. Maybe GeoTab should have sent a staff member out to buy a log book before deciding to improve it completely. Can’t improve something if you have no idea what ‘it’ is.
