Frustrating when manually entering in date/time and volume with notes from the pump to then have the “add” the amount again after it has already been saved. Seems like the right and left volume was stored but the total volume was removed along with my comments which by the time I realized was deleted I don’t remember the session anymore. There goes the effort I put in to manage each session with intentions. Maybe Ill stop adding notes altogether and just track date, time, volume.

Really frustrating and unreliable when I put in the amount I’ve pumped or the time I’ve pumped and it saves and then by the next time I go in it’s erased on its own. Woke up this morning to a pump session deleted from yesterday too.

I’ve been using this app for a while now and sometimes it’ll sign me out randomly and I’ll have to sign back in. Today I tried to sign back in and it kept bringing me to sign up instead of log in. Every time I would put my information in, it just refreshes the page and won’t let me actually log in. Help! I was in the middle of tracking my pumping and my babies sleeping!

I wanted to love this app so much. I was very excited to find out my freestyle flex came with a app that tracks and connects via Bluetooth. But when I log in my volume amounts some of the data will not show in stats. Very disappointed.

I really wanted to love this app as it syncs with my sonata but I always have to DOUBLE, or TRIPLE enter my MLs as it gets deleted everytime for some reason I don’t know!!!! And of course I dont always remember how much I pumped last time so I always end up just putting a number I guessed which doesnt make my recordings accurate. AND THIS IS ALREADY WITH THE NEW UPDATE DOWNLOADED! It drives me crazy!!

This app has some glitches that need to be addressed badly. It logs me out randomly - one time it wouldn’t let me log back in at all so I had to delete and redownload it. I frequently have to re-enter mLs from previous pumping sessions because data disappears. Nothing like spending $450 on a pump and having a crappy app to go with it.

The machine? Perfect. But this app? Lots of glitches when it comes to saving data. The amounts have a painful scroller... either let me type in the amounts or make it more intuitive, no one measures milk in 1 mL increments. No prompting for next pump? As someone who exclusively pumps, I need a timer! Plus, get rid of all the other baby tracking stuff! Do one thing and do it well. This is a dumpster fire full of features and nothing works well.

Ive been using this for 3 months and every update things seem to get worse. Now when I press "dont use stopwatch" I can't put in an earlier feed that i missed - the current time and date is the only option. The menu on the bottom keeps disappearing once you press "track" and you cant return to the main navigation list with "stats" etc without closing and reopening the app. The back button consistently is irresponsive, and the "close" button is too close to the baby picture so keep clicking the wrong button to change baby - which i clearly dont want to do as i only have one.

I find this app to be needing an update badly. I log my ml’s and save, then when I go back in the next time it says to add the ml’s from the previous pump! So frustrating and what new mom can remember what happened 3 hours prior? Please fix !

This app was working great for the last 4 months and now every time I open the app it says I have to login and when I enter my Details it does not work. It’s like it does not even capture my login details. The only way for the app to allow me to login is to delete the app re-download it then login for one session then I have to do this all over again if I want to get into my account.

Have been logged out several times, and now have had to delete and reinstall because I’m just not able to log in. Keeps crashing.
Also, I have to re-enter information such as time and qty after almost every session.
I have twins and need to keep track of my milk volume... otherwise I really wouldn’t bother with the app. Can be frustrating
If these bugs are fixed, the. The app would be awesome!

Because I exclusively pump I use this app 7-8 times a day to log my sessions. 8 months ago when I started using it my amounts would save but the times would not save. Which was frustrating but ultimately I just care about tracking the amounts.
Almost 4 weeks ago there was an email sent out that saying that everything was going to be updated in 2 weeks and not to worry. Well here we are almost 2 weeks past that and it still hasn’t updated but additionally it stopped saving my total amounts and now only saves the times. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Today it has stopped allowing me to log in and log anything. I’m so frustrated with my experience. Please fix the app! People rely on it.

The app signs me out once in a while and won’t let me sign back in for a long time (currently still signed out...) it’s so frustrating in the middle of the night when you’re trying to record pumping and have to keep typing in your password until it hopefully logs you back in..
Luckily we only use it for the pumping tracker and use another app for everything else. Another frustrating thing is that even after you delete a pumping session, it will show back up. So if I accidentally restarted my freestyle flex (which I love by the way! ) then that “ 1 min” stays on there for weeks at a time. Also, there is a pop up that comes up two or three times every time I open the app reminding me to go fill in my numbers. I put them in religiously, except for those stupid 1 min ones. I hate pop up notifications and keep trying to find a way to turn them off in app but haven’t been successful yet.
It’s easy enough to use, but please fix the bugs.

I’ve used this for my first when I rented a medela pump and it was pretty good. I can’t analysis the data like some of the other apps I’ve tried but because I was using their pump it would be easier to record.
I used it for my second, but the quality of the app decreased. 1) it keeps logging me out, I would need to login again, maybe every couple of days 2) when logged back in, the pumps I’ve made before I could log in would save to my first child, and I would need to manually enter it again
3) recently I couldn’t log back in. Once I get into the password, it ask to confirm the child’s birthday then go back to the login page
I’ve switched back to another app, too frustrating trying to login again and again, especially because I have a toddler who wants to take my phone all the time. Maybe when it improves I’ll try again.

The limit amount per pump that you can log log is 699ml which is not enough for overproducers.

I bought a second hand Medela breast pump with my first baby and loved it so much that I bought a $500 double tote bag breast pump with my second baby. The pumps themselves, very impressive, and besides little things that I would change, I don’t have any complaints. My issue is with the app. I bought one lactation consultancy month. I was so excited! If I had questions, I knew that I could call. It was so comforting, like a hug from my mom! I called in only once and honestly wanted to cry after. My questions were regarding the best time to pump, how much should I expect, etc. The lady was so cold with her short answers. She answered as if the information would be common sense. She hurried me off of the phone. I felt like she thought my questions were stupid. I just had a baby and I needed support and encouragement. I did not receive that. I let my month run out and did not call again. I felt like I wasn’t welcome to call back again! I would not recommend purchasing the app or the lactation consultants.

Constantly kicks me out so I have to login once a day. Doesn’t have the remember my password option and it seems poorly designed. You have to switch in and out between tracking and looking at what you’ve tracked. I also wish you could do a miscellaneous track for things like baths and vitamins. Also doesn’t connect to the pump half the time so it doesn’t accurately record how many times you pump during the day.

The submit button has a really long lag. It takes almost 10 seconds for the app to finish registering a data point.
