I was at the lab once with this app and once without. My check-in was the same experience with both. I’m not sure what the point of this app is. I still waited in line, I still have same info.

Doesn’t show Saskatoon locations
I used to use this but now it doesn’t show Saskatoon or even Saskatchewan locations, but it shows Manitoba???

Can’t monitor wait stays if you check in first at location
App is basic, but gets the job done. You can’t check in at a location and then add your name to the app to monitor your waiting status. There is no feedback or suggestion button. You can’t save your details to prefill the app for next visit.

Amazing app
This app just saved my life. I walked in and they were 30 or more people waiting on the line. I didn’t have to wait, I was next. I didn’t spend 5 min!! Unbelievable

Cannot get location
App thinks I am in Manitoba Canada whether I turn location services on or off.
Search will not work to give me a cities dynacare locations, but keeps showing Manitoba’s locations instantly for some reason.

Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t allow you to book until office hours but when you try to book it doesn’t even work, still shows that it’s closed! By the time you get to the lab there’s 50 people already waiting! Very frustrating!

Frustrating and useless
It is extremely frustrating not being able to book a definitive time so that I can tell my boss when I need to leave the office. It’s great that they’re open at 8am, but you can’t reserve a space until the hours open and there’s already a physical line by the time you get there. The entire point of the app is to save on wait time - but it seems it’s true purpose is to annoy its customers. Unfortunately, we are forced to use this app and have no alternative! Complete waste of time.

Used to use this app all the time for my bloodwork, but now it doesn’t show my location. It gives me Manitoba locations when I’m in Saskatchewan.

Locations are messed up. It recognizes my location but only shows available locations one province over. With distances labeled as if my location was over there.

This app used to work without any issue. Now, I click on a location to check in and nothing happens. It makes the app ineffective.

I think it’s strange that who ever developed this app hasn’t fixed it. It’s almost 2019 and it still doesn’t work in Saskatchewan. It used to work in April of 2018.

Had to do a blood work this morning and checked it on the road to dynacare and I was first in line while others were sitting there for a long time! Loved the app!

Nice touch, it works great
The App isn’t bad, The App did what it was supposed to, I agree when you start the app it doesn’t really give you to much instruction, but when you enter the location you want and click on the spot you want to go then you are prompted with windows to enter some data which holds you spot. Walked into the place and saw my name on the screen very accurate.
Recommend that they add a pop up telling the users to use the search function to pinpoint location you want to go to. Also would be nice to have the app tag favourite locations.

A fun, but very challenging game!
This game will allow you to book a time for around 15 to 20 minutes later...but in another province! That’s the challenge! Travelling hundreds of kilometres in 15 to 20 minutes!
Evade highway patrol, push the limits of automotive engineering (or attempt to circumvent the laws of physics) and claim your victory - or die trying!

Worked great !
Tried it for the first time today and it worked great and sure beats sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes like the last time I went.
The app showed a 46 minute wait at the lab closest to my home. I checked in online, went out to my car, drove my daughter to summer camp in the area and headed over to the lab. Once I arrived I notified them that I checked in online when I gave my requisition and health card and at that point there was a 6 minute wait left for me, which was more like 3 minutes. I was very pleased, in and out in about 10 minutes. I do monthly blood work so I will definitely be using the app every time, sure beats unproductively sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes !

For those in SK that are unable to work this app..
This app was actually amazing... until I just found out apparently Sk no longer uses Dynacare. So my review is for the app when I used it last year. Barely had to wait 2 minutes in line when I checked in with this app. Apparently now SK uses Life Labs instead... you can create an account to book an actual appointment time now.. which some may prefer but I loved being able to check in and get my blood taken at a minutes notice with the Dynacare app... now I’m booking a week in advance to get fasted bloodwork done! 😞 stupid move Sk...

Won’t let me check into Saskatoon sites. Is stuck in Manitoba Only Manitoba shows up. No sites in Saskatoon. Tried deleting and reinstalling 3 times , no change. Totally broken system

Absolutely LAME!
Specializing in wasting your time. The purpose of a count down timer is to count down, not to jump from 10 minutes to 38 minutes. Even at 10 minutes. Once you are there it continues to go up, not down. Why bother to have this working like this. Appointments work better. Unbelievable sham.

This app worked great for me, last year. This year, it has my location mapped correctly, but only gives me the option of clinics, in a neighbouring province...6 hours away!!!

Totally useless app
There is no menu allowing you to input the information necessary to book an appointment. This app is a total waste of time. I hope that Dynacare did not invest too much money in it. It is not even worth the two stars given to it. 30 April 2018

This used to be quite handy. Now it’s junk. Not sure if there are no longer any Dynacare locations in Saskatoon but according to this app there aren’t. Shows me Manitoba locations! F- and should be removed from App Store

Dunacare Net Check-In
First, thank you to the individual who posted the lone review on the site, because without it, I wouldn’t have known where to begin to activate and use this app. Not being tech savvy, I need prompts to help me get started - and this app has none.
I will say that once I entered my town in the map’s search field, it became clear how it was helping me to manage my wait time:)

It no longer shows any labs in my province, just a cluster in Manitoba. Making it effectively useless.
