Unable to use the app!
Pre-ordering our dinner in the early afternoon but the app would not allow me to enter the desired time for pick up. The only choice was ASAP. I’m not certain I will be able to use this app, if not given the choice of time. Very disappointing. I ended up having to call the restaurant to place my order.

Offers not valid
While ordering on the website I had nothing but glitches and offers free items for signing up but my order could not successfully be placed. I got the app, ordered but none of the offers again could be used. What a disappointment.

Overall great app. Clearly and appealing showcases the food options. I always seem to have trouble paying for purchases through the app using my saved card. Have to re-enter details every time. Please add ApplePay as an option - it’s more secure for everyone and more convenient.

This is a great app! I love ordering my dinner through the app. The estimated food arrival is very accurate! Love the deals in the app too, saved me a lot when I’m on a tight budget.

Normally it it great but wouldn’t kept telling me I had a free bandera bread but wouldn’t show up in the discount rewards when ready to check out.

Way too much honey garlic sauce on pizza...it was swimming!!!! Got the wrong wings and didn’t get the extra dip I paid for. Super disappointed and probably won’t order from here again.

Great app but for one issue
We’ve used this app many times and the only problem we have is you can’t select pineapple as a topping on the kids meal pizza! It’s not there! We’ve put it in as a special request without issue but it’s an unnecessary step for us and the kitchen.

I tried to change my address from my old address to my current address and it would not let me do it. And my birthdate is wrong there. It would not let me change or correct anything!!! So frustrating. It sucks.

BP is amazing
Our local BP is simply awesome. Always order Pasta Tuesday. Just wish the deliver drivers were as thoughtful. Most of the time our order is left upside down or on its side, so doesn’t seem to be much care on the delivery persons side.
