Very slow
This app needs to be replace too slow! You always need to change your PIN every now and then. My God please make this app useful to your clients.

Everytime I open the app to check, always lead me to UPDATE THE APP. my goodness!

Login details never seem right
And IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE. USELESS

Forced Update broke login
Login to make a claim that can only be done through this app...used to work...sigh
Now on login I have a pop up forcing me to update (no cancel, no dismiss, no back). Arg...%%^*.... After update the login does not work anymore. Website still works, but can't use it for my claim, so I delet the app and download it fresh from applestore. Now I get the force update pop up again...
App is utterly broken and so is client experience. Get a UX designer and some good devs and perhaps do some QA before updates.

Repeatedly tried to put in login and username or email. It would not accept.

Don’t bother
You will spend 30 minutes of your life trying to use your existing details , password and user name which it will not recognize. Worst app ever .

Not ready
This app is not ready for sun life users. Can’t sign in, keeps saying information for login is incorrect. I would be concerned about security using this app. Vague information, slow and over layering problems. Can’t see email when typing it. Just a mess. Will check back in a year.
