After a bunch of frustrating times trying to log in after the update, it turns out that you need to go to your clinics website to get a new registration number to log in. It would be nice if they put a note on the app so you know what you need to do if you can’t log in.

The app is a good idea and my clinic uses it but I’ve downloaded it over 6 times and am unable to use it. As soon as I enter my information in, the entire app shuts down. It’s so frustrating!

This app could be great if it was given some care and attention. It’s super glitchy and looks like it was made for iPhone 3 or 4. It always shows the little red notification icon when I’ve already attended to what it’s asking. It also keeps asking me to update my referral source but when I click on it the loading icon just keeps spinning. Unfortunately, I feel this reflects poorly on the clinic. An app or a website is usually a customer’s first interaction/impression with a business and sets the standard. I hope they invest in fixing it.

Won’t open some files, the red notifications stay in even once you’ve attended to them, and the flow sheet that would arguably be one of the most useful things to see is not available. I can check messages from my clinic, that’s about all it’s good for.

It’s a good concept but the user interface is really glitchy and not intuitive.
Notifies me every time I login that I need to update all my info but won’t save my updates, and leaves the notifications pending every time I login.
The main feature my clinic uses is the inbox, but there’s no intuitive icon on the login screen that directs you to the inbox.

My husband and i always to use this app, in case we forgot or missed the phone call conversation its very convenient to have access your profile right away.
The only thing that is bothering me is sometimes its get hang when i tried to open, so you have to restart again. Hope they will do something about it.

This App is rather frustrating to use. First the layout isn’t very intuitive and I have to search around to find things. Second many of the documents that the medical team load onto this portal for me to review either won’t open / says they are corrupt, or nothing happens at all when I select them. And the most frustrating part is it continues to send me notifications that I need to confirm my appointments, and I have, but the notifications keep coming.
Although I am very pleased with the service I’ve received by the staff at the clinic, this patient portal has been a disappointing aspect of my care experience.

The app is very useful to keep you informed of what your instructions are during your ivf cycle. The clinic staff, Dr’s and nurses, are there for you medically and emotionally. Even though my fertility has been more difficult then normal, the Olive team is still working hard to help us! Thank you with all of our hearts and see you again soon!

This app is difficult to use on an iPhone. The selection buttons are too small, especially the scroll options like nationality. Generally the user interface is extremely poorly designed and it is hard to navigate. This app needs significant improvement, especially as the web portal cannot be used on Apple, only PCs, which makes providing info to my healthcare provider and downloading requisitions extremely difficult.
