Very laggy, unreliable

The product is great but all the distance features of the app are laggy: video call doesn’t work, connecting to a partner disconnects frequently, the chat is laggy, the phone button doesn’t work. When paying this much for a product, you’d expect their app to be a bit more high tech and functioning.

Do not buy this product. App is garbage. Touch sense does not work and they say I need a new firmware for it to work. Have been waiting over a week now for this so called customer service to get back to me and every time I try calling the costumer service hotline I get disconnected. I just spent $250 on this product literally for one thing and that was so I could use the app with the toy. Which doesn’t work. 0/5 I’d say.

Constantly disconnects

It is such a literal buzz kill that it keeps disconnecting even when the toy is close to the phone. The remote lights up but doesn’t even make a difference. Really disappointing since this toy itself seems great, but it was bought for the long distance and it’s not possible with the constant disconnects

Don’t buy

Do not buy the product. The technology isn’t there BT wise to utilize the items for its intended use.
It’s a real shame that they’re still selling these products at the rate they’re charging.

Bought this a few months ago cause the online reviews were passable at the time and the recommendations from the website and the store were amazing.. do NOT (I repeat) DO NOT buy the toy or bother with the app! It’s a total waste of time money and leaves all parties frustrated and aroused with nothing to account for it!!! Doesn’t connect to the toy properly, says it’s connected and then nothing happens.

Do Not Buy

Disappointing

Expensive Let Down

My partner and I were really excited to try out the long distance connection feature. However to our frustration the app crashes every time you try to connect with your partner. This feature was our deciding factor in purchasing and needless to say we are left let down about this. This was an expensive purchase and to have the one attractive feature not work is massively disappointing. Sent in a help ticket but still haven’t received a response. Unless this get fixed I won’t be ordering these products again in the future.

Mood killer

Disappointing, constant connectivity issues. Total drag. Also, customer care doesn't respond to any inquiries or complaints - sad that they don't care at all about their customers, they are only interested in getting your cash and not in improving their product in any way. Total waste of $200 - wish I'd read more reviews. 😫 Would give this a zero star rating if I could.

From East to West

App definitely has way too many glitches. Freezes up and need to restart constantly. This of course experienced only by testing upon receiving the product (which seems perfect). Hope updates for the app arrive soon so me and the wife can play when being so far away.

One Angry Beaver

Connection sucks/glitch with the new app, tried connecting to my partner but “something went wrong. Please try again” message kept popping up. We were unable to connect and eventually after a half hour gave up. Please fix the app glitch!

Terrible App

I agree with all the other reviews; I wish I had read before purchasing. The toy will stay connected to the app for MAYBE 30 seconds. I have tried multiple troubleshooting techniques but nothing works. Super frustrating as I bought the toy exclusively for long distance use. Complete waste of money if you’re hoping to use it as anything other than a traditional vibrator.

Disconnected

Keeps on disconnecting. I’ve tried it in various locations and cities thinking it’s my location but it disconnects everywhere.
And yes, the phone is near the vibrator.

Sigh. $200 down the drain

Caused more frustration and aggravation with my partner than anything else. Mutually disappointed and feel ripped off. It disconnects *constantly*. Somebody please take over and help these developers? I have dollar store Bluetooth speakers that are more reliable than this highly expensive toy

Awful, does not work!!! False promises

Bought this expensive toy with all these promises that it’s going to work over wifi and bluetooth but it disconnects like no tomorrow. Tried all the trouble shooting like restarting the app, reconnecting and even re downloading. Nothing. How can you advertise that your product works with a simple app when it clearly doesn’t. Don’t release and sell a product if it doesn’t live up to the features you say. Waste of money and a headache.

Connectivity fail

The app is constantly glitching, disconnecting from the “lover” or toy. I’m so disappointed in it. I had high hopes for the updates, but they’ve only made matters worse. I’m mad I wasted money on a we-vibe now. Do yourself a favour and go with a different brand!

Honestly, for the amount of money people pay for we-vibe products it’s absolutely unacceptable that this app does not work. Connectivity issues are a huge problem for both of my we-vibe products. Poor connexion

Never connects

I was very excited when I bought this toy as it gave me and my partner a new way to play. Well the excitement was very short lived as it has only connected the first time and since then the app has never connected again. Poor connection

Notifications please

Connectivity is Laughable

I have yet to climax using the app. Save your money and buy ANY OTHER couple’s vibrator.
