Good app

Pretty good app, great recording specs for small to medium businesses! Only critique I have is for the invoices: adding a discount application and an application to allow photo uploads as another means of recording the item sold or awaiting payment. This feature specifically would really help artists, designers and anyone in the arts keep visual track of what was/is being sold.
Please consider these specs as I see a number of people already asking for these! Otherwise—good app!

Better than Quickbooks. But don’t get cocky. There’s still lots to get better at

OK so this to me is a lot better than QuickBooks. If you’re tired of QuickBooks and their corporate ways. Then you’ll be happy to become a waves user. However it’s missing a couple of key things such as the ability to print the packing slip or send a packing slip as a PDF. That’s a huge mistake to not have one sending invoices to customers. Also the app itself is very difficult to find estimates that you’ve written. And when you’re on the fly and a customer tells you that you now have the deal and you want to send them an invoice or process the estimate. You can’t and if you can there must be a magic button that nobody knows about. Because I sure can’t find it.

No estimates???

Overall I’m satisfied with this app, however sometimes it crashes and closes in the middle of an invoice so I have to start all over. Also, the ability to send estimates with my phone would be more useful to me than invoicing. Would love to see this option in the near future.

The idea of the app is great. Making the invoice is quite simple. Looks professional. I have been having an issue. My customer does not receive the email of the invoice and payment options. I click send to myself. I get it just fine. Has been a really pain to collect payment!

Not worth it

The desktop version work fine but if you go to the other device like iPad or iPhone in my case the app is not user friendly at all, can’t even print a invoice from my iPad or iPhone ...overall the program is not easy to manage either

Not worth it.

Wouldn’t recommend wave to anyone. 4-5 years ago it was great. They aren’t updating and or moving forward to help the client get the best out of the software/app. Would like to do quotes on the fly

Extremely happy with this system

I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant to try Wave at first after having a horrible experience with Square. However, after using Wave for a month, I am extremely happy to report that this system is the way to go! Customer service, although communication was done via email was very helpful and efficient. Chris was able to walk me through all of Wave’s requirements to ensure smooth transactions. If you have a start up business, I would highly recommend going with Wave. I hope this review would help save you the stress and headache of trying anything else!

This app is a good start, but doesn't support Recurring Invoices, which leaves a big gap in productivity. Love the notifications. Let's see it continue to evolve.

Would be great to have one app for invoicing and receipts

Good app so far for invoicing. Would be great to have one app with invoicing, receipts, and other features the web application has (like reports, accounting, transactions etc.). Otherwise, it’s good they at least have a mobile app option for some of the features.

Pretty good

Works 100% for 99 invoices then without any warnings it done, I can enter the next invoice but it won’t save it and I can’t print it, so no good after that

I generally read reviews and find the negative comments. I have seen a few regarding Wave service but I sure haven’t encountered any. This app is allowing our business to run like a Swiss clock. Very much enjoy everything about it after you’re used to the entries . Very very satisfied.

Credit Card Payment

When I turned in credit card payments I was asked to supply a copy of the invoice and incredibly a copy of my contract with my customer. I will never use this feature with Wave.

Good, could use a few added features.
