Full of bugs, and Ads

I don’t see how it is acceptable that you make people pay for an app and u put ads for it within the app that I can’t even skip. This is one thing, and another is that the app is FULL of bugs. Never saves where I left off in an episode, and sometimes I can’t even play a video until I close it and reopen. On some days it constantly logs me out and I have to keep logging back in. Overall horrible experience and I can’t believe you make people pay for this.

Nice selection, app functionality needs to improve

I love the app selection, however, the app is quite glitchy. Freezes occasionally or just shows a grey screen. I have to terminate the app and restart.

Finding currently watched tv shows is not straightforward and it’s faster to look it up every time.

With slow internet, I often download an episode before watching - however, we can’t chromecast a downloaded episode (needs to be streamed live for some reason).

Adding subtitles would definitely be a positive.

Frustrating app and customer service

Very disappointed with the app. When I completed subscription through iTunes and they collected the money, I wasn’t able to access VIP videos and series. I tried to contact support, they said to reinstall the app and when I did so the issue wasn’t resolved and the support did not answer after that!! I totally do not recommend this app.

برنامج سيء و خدمة عملاء اسوء

اسوء برنامج بجدارة، و خدمة العملاء اسوء من البرنامج نفسو لا بردو على اتصالات و لا عالواتس أب حتى عالايميل بردو بعد شهر و اذا ردو بيسألوك عن المشكلة يلي انت بتكون شارحلهن اياها بالتفصيل بالايميل يلي باعتو و بيسألوك شو المشكلة!! و بيرجعو بياخدو شهر تاني للرد و هي طبعاً اذا تم الرد.

البرنامج بحد ذاتو وجع للراس مافيه اي ميزة تستحق انو الواحد يشترك فيه، بالمجمل مافيه شي شغال حتى المسلسل بوقف و بيعمل تسجيل خروج لوحده، او فجأة بتطلع رسالة " عذراً لقد تجاوزت عدد الاجهزة المسموح بها يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء" و للعلم انو مافي غير هيدا الجهاز الوحيد يلي شغال عليه البرنامج!. و كتير مشاكل تانية بطول شرحها للأسف.

حاولت اكتر من مرة اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء من خلال الهاتف او اي وسيلة تواصل اجتماعي و على مدى اشهر و للأسف مافي اي رد!

حتى النجمة الوحدة يلي رح اعطيها للبرنامج ما بيستحقها، للأسف اول برنامج عربي و من مجموعة MBC يطلع افشل برنامج على الاطلاق.

Stealing money

It’s awful app, and company, I subscribed 2 days ago and paid the money, till now every time I’m trying to watch something it shows I need to subscribe again or the video is not allowed in my country , I’m submitting this from canada and stop stealing our money, we trusted you and now you doing this to us !!!! Cant register for any subscription!

It is super frustrating! I am trying to register for the yearly subscription and it only allows payment through iTunes, no problem.. I added the funds ($89.99 CAD) to my iTunes account.. howeverrrr it wont allow me to even start my free week! Nor its allowing me to pay! Please FIX IT!

Air play mirroring does not work for a 2nd time

if i watched a movie for the first time it will mirror on apple tv from i pad.. But if i decided to continue watching it later , it will never mirror again !! Clearly a bug that need to be fixed from their site !!

Stay away!

An absolute mess of an app! I had issues multiple times with paying for extra content and still not being able to access the content! Their customer service is even worse - it’ll take days (with constant follow ups) for them to get back to you asking for more time to “review the case!” Stay away.

Very disappoint, some times the app wound not play any video and keeps telling me that the content is not available in my country or I reached the limits for watching and need to delete some views?? Customer service would not answer me on WhatsApp. I sent an email and was told to delete the app and log out then back in, but still have the same problem. Bad connection quality

The worst app ever I dealt with in regards to connecting to other screens. So much pain to go through when I want to play an episode of a series on my Apple TV. Even screen mirroring from my iPad or iPhone to my Apple TV won’t work. Really frustrating. I demand compensation for this month subscription fee

Bad customer service

SCAM!!!

I subscribed as a VIP Plus member and paid the fees. After two days, I wasn’t able to log in and it keeps on kicking me out , reminding me that whatever content I chose was only for VIP subscribers!! I tried to contact their support team , but all the phone numbers are not working!! I sent emails but there was no reply!!

I see it is a SCAM !!
