On the quick connect to the side burner the rubber o-ring is not shown. I had to check an install video on YouTube where the black o-ring was clearly visible.

Assembly took me 11 hours with two people at times and ensure your base is square and keep everything squared as you assemble and it’s great and quite strong in the end with the snow kit

I never really review apps but this one is an exception - a free app with the functionalities of a premium professional paid app? Not only does it offer 3D step by step instructions, but it works for so many products and more companies should link this app to instruction manuals for their customers. 11/10.

Easy to follow instructions. We had 2 extra odd pieces in the box... by viewing BILT 3D instructions, we realized they were not part of the shelf and could ignore them.

Love the fact they read out loud what needs to happen and that you can pause and it recalls what step you were at, also love the 3D, sometimes orientation can really mess you up , with this app you can triple check and get it done the first time right!

Clear as mud
Try doing a quick run through prior to each step so the builder can see the whole process. Also, in this day, put some audio with it. And Weber can also mark pieces so orientation cannot be misconstrued. This unit should take only FIVE minutes to install. You predict 45 minutes. Remember this is only a charcoal bbq!. Were not preparing for a moon walk. Both the written and app instructions leave a lot to be desired.
