I have an iPhone 13 latest firmware and I have to open the app, close it, then open it again to use each time.

Annoying bug
Have to shut off my iPhone and restart every time I use it. iPhone 6, 10 and 13. Trader says it’s my fault,
can’t explain it.

Good with minor tweeks
Everything was ok with this app until recent update. When using edit mode to take photos, camera button does not adjust to landscape mode which sits at the top of the screen.

Horrible
Waste of time I have tried to use this app for over 2 years and it never works. It’s best for auto trader to say we don’t have a mobile version so we can all use the web version. It always stuck on 50% updating makes and models and when I call them the answer is to delete it from the phone and re download which is a waste of time as well. VERY disappointing and frustrating

Worst app on the planet. Never works properly. More of a hassle to use than anything.

Terrible customer service
Our dealership has been having trouble with this app since day one. The customer service is deplorable and the reps do not get back to you with problems. Once it is approved by our head office, we will be canceling our serivce with Trader and moving to a new company. And dealership looking to use this app, DON'T!

The newest update does not allow to adjust brightness by tapping the screen so photos are very dark in sunlight. Please fix.

The Dealer's Friend
What better way to sell a vehicle than with pictures, lot's of them. This app let's you add pictures so easily (and info too if you want) that a dealer not using it is trying not to sell cars. What a great app.

Saves so much time
This is going to save me a ton of time uploading inventory, not to mention taking photos! Speed to market is important to me and this is a great tool for that express purpose.
