False advertisement

I went to Costco and was told I would get a better deal and cheaper monthly payment along with a new phone. At the end of the transaction I was told the phone was a lease. I wanted to return to my previous phone and previous monthly payment. Bell made it so confusing and impossible. I spent 3 days at Costco, hours on the phone. Finally I was told everything would return back to normal. Then I see on my bill a charge for $95 a month instead of the $45 I was promised. Horrible customer service. I’m very disappointed.

Terrible billing upon switch

I was told that I was going to be paying $40 plus tax for my cell phone per month and told that I could set up with Mastercard to make payments. I am now paying $56 per month and the auto payment isn’t working. I was told that it had to be debit and it still isn’t reflecting the 40$ plus tax as promised. I will be switching to another provider soon and telling people that Bell mts is lying to customers to get them to switch and not honouring their verbal agreement or contracts with customers. You’re crooks!

Drains data right after paying

Tired to call customer support, just pointing fingers, no resolution, when I try to show my data usage, they refuse to look into it, I call again same excuses and refuse to look into their maybe their service is inadequate and lacking. No resolution, just claiming I went through 47 gb in 6 days.
Overcharge for services and adds new charges every 3 months for the same service and justifies it under a vague term under section 55 in their contracts to make more money for a lousy service
They will try to get you to spend more money on a more expensive plan for phones and services that are identical, but for hundreds more money.

The quality of the app is so low that you can’t even use basic features like paying a bill. They keep adding more design elements, but the functionality is terrible. If you’re unable to properly optimize the app and provide access to essential features, then the design is meaningless.

Horrible, after update can’t login, i’m partially logged in. I can’t even partially log out, can’t pay bill stuck in limbo smh. Now you have bills split up but in one yet I still have 3 logins, horrible design, and coding. Overpriced and terrible services

I have been a client for over 10 years and the cost of the services is extremely expensive and services unreliable and extremely slow. There’s always problems and when you call them, you’re on hold for hours and the staff is rude and disrespectful and hang up on you. My services have been suspended for $323, and late fees are $20 per month. My monthly service fee for unreliable internet and cable is over $250 per month. Why does the government of Canada not step in and offer a solution or similar service at an affordable price! At this time, I'm looking for a new provider and realize Bell and Rogers have a strangle hold over the public in this sector. Seriously my accounts have been suspended for being late one month and to reconnect my services is an unacceptable price of $50. All they do is flip a switch on a touch screen computer. They don’t need to send a technician to reconnect the service. They are a money grabbing business and don’t care about their customers. I’m so sick of them I could puke!!!

Short notice payment increase

Moved from Fido to bell this passed summer when bell personal said that my bill will not exceed $36 after taxes. This week my bill is more than $42 after bell forced a $6 increase without my consent or preapproval. I do not recommend this company. Bell has consistently poor customer service. Bell is incapable of clear communication regarding bill increases. Bell will lose me as a customer when I find another suitable provider.

Bill issues

There is always some bill issues. I don’t know what is wrong with the system. It showed me overdue payments although I had already paid all the payments on time. Après avoir tenté de faire des changements pendant 4 mois, le service a la clientèle par téléphone est aussi mauvais, j’ai temporairement abandonné et je paie jusqu’à ce que je trouve un moment pour changer de compagnie. Disgusted with your calls

Today I got a call to pay my bill. I knew I didn’t pay my bill yet for last month but was waiting for my cheque to come tomorrow, so things have have been very tight with Covid and I didn’t want to use my credit card. I keep my service for my parents to have o my for that it would of been long gone. The lady that called me today asked me to pay not my amount outstanding but my new bill which only came out two days ago. That is not over do. I don’t think she even got it. I am totally disgusted that someone called to ask me for the amount that is on my mew bill of two frigging days. I told her I was going to pay the outstanding part and at least three times she asked that again and to make arrangements to pay the mew bill. Seriously. As I told her do not call me looking for a current bill ever again
