Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM

Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

Worst banking app ever

This has to be the worst banking website around. It’s confusing with acronyms and different sign in names. I don’t find the Duca banking system in general a straightforward experience and the app is even worse. At least you can now request funds from the app.

Effective and intuitive usage

I used the web browser to connect to my account for years with absolutely no issues. Recently I downloaded this app and my trouble started with access to my account. I don't know yet if this is coincidentally related to using this app or other reasons but connections problem started with the use of this app. Not impressed thus far. The presentation is different than in the browser but that is not an issue.

App stopped working today

Just shows white screen and nothing else. Clearly my wifi is fine (since you can see this review).

Needs a lot of work

Not just the app but also the way to bank. Duca should allow more control over our own banking such as transferring into RSPs and TFSAs without requiring us to call in the request. Banks allow us, no reason Duca can’t allow it.

App seems a little behind the ages. Should flow smoother without the 80’s appearance.

So far so good

I use this app for basic banking needs, such as: checking balances, transferring funds, etc. And for those things it's awesome! No complaints here

Cheque deposit feature crashes

Overall a handy app but disappointing that this forced version has a cheque deposit feature that crashes. This feature worked in the old version.

Great App!

What a great app, all the same functionality as within online banking! Amazing.

Basic App

This app is pretty basic. It does the job but could still use a lot of improvement compared to other banking apps. What bothers me the most is the login screen. It doesn't work. The "remember me" function has to be switched off before it allows you to log in. That is very frustrating.
