Amazon doesn’t give you a clear report stating:
- Total annual sales,
- Total annual taxes deducted,
- Total annual spent on advertisements,

Terrible platform for sellers
Poor menu, accessibility, poor support and policies that go against sellers. You can be a seller with Amazon for years and suddenly they won’t re-verify your account if you don’t go and get a registration abstract dated with 180 days. Business licenses renew annually, not every six months so this is a huge hassle for sellers who provide proof and then get no explanation why they’re not being re-verified. Nothing like during the Christmas season being told by Amazon that you have three days or your account will be deactivated, if you don’t go to registry office and pay for a business license abstract to prove you’re still in business, even though you’ve sent them every piece of identification, including valid business license and bank account statements to prove that you’re still operating and in good standing. Amazon doesn’t appreciate small businesses.

SAFE-T Claim - India Marketplace - Not usable
You guys have given an option to “scan” using the phone app, but only order ID and RMA ID can be scanned. What’s the point of that when the return packages we get, we can only scan the AWB number. There’s no OrderID or RMA ID that can be scanned. Defeats the purpose.
Further, I tried raising a SAFE-T claim, and was unsuccessful. I uploaded one image and it kept showing the “buffering” animation. Wouldn’t get past it. Internet wasn’t the problem. And I’m on the latest version of the phone app on my iPhone 13 Pro (which is also on the latest iOS). Please fix it.

App is a nightmare, constantly breaks, so many issues with it. When you try to enter OTP it just spins and opens the Amazon app and does nothing further. You go back to the seller app that’s still open and it’s the loading icon is just spinning. Then you can’t get more otp due to it being too many attempts. App worked fine yesterday and the day before.

All Fees , No gain All lost
As Amazon seller I am sharing with you my honest review. This Amazon is not for people with middle class and low , because it ask form subscription fee which is 39$ , inventory fee depending on how much your inventory is I have 80 boxes they charge me 105$ per month , referral fee , plus FBA fee both depend on your product if even u are selling pen they will charge you 7$ fulfillment fee.i didnt knew that there are so many fees and I will pay from my pocket to Amazon otherwise I would never start Amazon selling .

Negative review from a customer because of FBA Team negligence
I sell products through FBA program, and FBA team shipped a product to customer (Say Customer B) that was already returned and reported as damaged by another customer (Say Customer A) . Some genius from the FBA team added the product back to inventory as “sellable” and when customer B placed the order, the product returned by Customer A was shipped to Customer B. Customer B left a negative review saying it as Damaged. Now they won’t delete the negative review.

Too much fees and no support
Selling on Amazon is making me feel like it’s just a waste of money.
I worked on my product for almost a year very hard and I spent a lot of money to support my product by paying Amazon fees and sponsorship fees.
Eventually, I got a hidden one star review that doesn’t even look real and that’s absolutely going to negatively affect the entire selling, if there’s selling in the first place.
Also there’s no support from anyone wherever we need it, I tried to reach out and there was an agent (Harsh) who kept me waiting in the chat and never answered.
Now I’m moving to another platform after this terrible experience trying to sell on Amazon.

Can’t send response to customer feedback in app
Please fix the issue where on IOS we cannot send a public reply to anyone who has left feedback. You can type in your message, but no post button. Been like this for many versions.
Also we don’t have a way to easily look up the order from the customer communication message.

I've sent items that went missing after receiving and I did not sell.
When I called support they told me to hang up and they'll call me in 20 minutes,10 minutes later I receive an email that they tried contacting me but they weren't able to although I did not receive any calls.

Stick to Etsy
If you’re a seller on Etsy and debating on joining Amazon Handmade, please don’t waste your time. First of all, the app does not work - I’m unable to post listings on my phone and have read many other reviews about people struggling to as well. Even if it worked, the process is extremely long. You have to do many steps and then it glitches at the end. Second, it’s way more costly than Etsy. Third, they claim your products are being seen by millions of their customers but only people who know about Amazon Handmade will look on the handmade site. Your products will not be on their main Amazon page. Such a shame because I love shopping on Amazon and have never had a problem but selling on here is a totally different story.
