Strait forward and works well
I see some pretty bad reviews on here but I think it comes down to not knowing technology or how bank balances work. I like this app and it’s security features.

Log in issue
Used to have no problem with this app and it worked fine, now whenever I try logging in it takes me to a blank white screen and then it tells me that I failed to log in 3 times and locks me out - when I didn’t even get the chance to put my password in. Thanks.

Crashes constantly
If I could give 0 stars I would. This app is horrible. It’s crashed on me more than I’ve actually been able to use it. Touch ID never works. Always says I’m locked out of my account, I can’t check anything. It’s been down for about 2 weeks now. Won’t allow me to log in or see my info. Wouldn’t recommend this app or bank.

Great App!
Loved using this app while we lived out of province. I could easily deposit cheques, check my balances, transfer funds all without stepping foot into the physical branch. Really love the new Touch ID feature!

Cult of SCU
Terrible app, works less than the employees at SCU but is more helpful than SCU employees. Haven’t ever been able to log in using the app, SCU is no help either. Avoid SCU at all costs.

Touch ID login keeps on resetting
The touch ID makesy life easy to login without typing my long PAC but for some reason it keeps on getting disabled every after conmecting the iphone to the charger. A small bug, may not be a big deal but other than that APP is really a charm

I love the app, but I can't use it because I cannot download the newest version. Doesn't matter if I download the latest compatible version, it will still tell me I have to update to continue.

Doesn’t remember preferences
I have to give permission for touch log-in and quickview on a near daily basis. I really wish it would remember my preferences for more than a day.

My quick view won’t work even though it’s turned on. I’ve try to delete the app and re-download it quick view worked once and finger print login doesn’t work either I’ve set it up and it worked once and now it won’t show up.

Incorrect balances on transfer page
When I select my account for a transfer or bill payment, it shows my account balance off by up to and over $1000.

I have been running this app for 2 years and keeping up with the updates - never had a problem like those mentioned above. Works great! Thanks for adding TFSA deposit/withdrawal capability.

Serious Glitches
New update won't remember settings for balance preview requiring us to log in every time we need to check account balances. Very frustrating. Please fix!!

The older version of this app worked very well! Ever since the newest update, the remember me setting doesn't work and there is no quick view :( :(

The updated version of the app doesn't work with the "remember me" option.
Now I have to log in with my card number every time I want to see my balances.
Hope they can fix this so it works as well as the "old" version :(

Frustrated
I loved this app for a while, but now I'm having a really hard time getting go it loaded and therefore can't send or receive etransfers. I need this to work on a daily basis. Please fix!!!

Well now it's broken
I don't know what kind of background update it got recently, but I currently can't use the app to accept etransfers anymore (something I do regularly), and I usually have to close and restart the app to even get it off the initial loading screen. BOOOOOO.

User friendly, simple to navigate
Easy to use. Love the quickview balance feature (which can be turned off in your settings if you don't like it). Great, basic mobile banking app.

Lovin the app
I love how quick and easy it is to use this app. The quick balance feature is a nice way to view my account balances, and yet it's easy to turn off if needed for security. And I love how they've added the new ability to transfer to my TFSA!

Why does my ballance still show ofter logout?
I'm surprised that my account ballance info is still visible even after loging off and quitting the application. I'm only prompted for a login when I try to access another location in the app aside from the landing page. This seems very unsecure to me. Surprised iTunes approved this kind of app behavior.

Crashes!
When I log into my account I can view one transaction but when I go back it just goes to a white screen. iPhone 6 and iPad. Was working fine till approx 2-3 weeks ago. Hopefully it's fixed soon

Apparently sits down everyone I try to enter amount
Every time for the last month I try to enter the amount I want to pay for bills or deposit for cheques, it kicks me out of the application. Frustrating. Before that worked great. We'll give better review when this is fixed. Using iPhone 6 work ios 9

They must be getting cheap fees go up and poor app writers. This app does not work at all. Maybe they will get someone who knows what to do!

Doesn't open
Worked great with my old iPhone 4S and also works with my iPad but it simply will not open on the iPhone 6.

Works but not a fan
Not sure why this is rated as ipad app, it works on ipad, but it clearly is designed as a phone app, everything is huge on the screen & it refuses to turn into landscape mode, which in turn makes the keyboard tiny & hard to use, taking pics for mobile cheque depositing also has you switching between formats awkwardly. However, it appears to work well so far, even on my old ipad 2 that has become a serious underperformer with ios8 the app is fluent & without hiccups. I think other than for cheque deposit I'll continue using the website for now.

I use the app all the time. It is a quick and easy way to see my balances and pay bills. Only having to put in one password makes it more user friendly. The updates done recently made it easier to use and I can see my balances at a glance without going into the SCU's site.

Almost perfect.
I can see the amounts in my accounts without logging in, unless I want details or to transfer money. Perfect. But I can't add bill payees. Still a great on the go app.

This app does enough for me
Excellent basic app. Easy to use. I love the quick login. I especially love being able to see the balances in my accounts WITHOUT logging in. Good job. I look forward to the next version of this app.

I am not excited about this app because I can't add bill payees from it and the set up is so hard to get used to. Not very orderly in my mind and kind of very blah. Should maybe look into the scotia app and take some pointers from there.

Good, but not great
It's nice because I can do the basic banking operations that I need to do, pay bills and whatnot.
It's not great because it has hundreds of tiny details of annoyance that add up to the app just being not that enjoyable to use. It's got potential to be so much better.
My expectations are set more along the lines of an application like Mint, and this is pretty far off that mark.
At the end of the day: a big "meh" 😕
