Worst app since the new design
Bring back the old version! This never works anymore, it makes me want to switch platforms. I hate this app and the new version so very much. I’ve been with big cartel for many years and never had an issue with the app until they redesigned it. Make it better, please for the love of all that is holy!

Glitchy app on and off but good service besides that
I’ve use this app for two of my small businesses but often times I’m having issues with the application itself. Product listings not showing order listings not showing taking a long time to log into the app coming back to the app and being logged out it’s very inconvenient when I’m trying to streamline my business and make everything as fast as possible. Time is money and this takes time out of my day. I am looking into switching to shopify because of the glitches that continue through each update. However when I use big cartel on my laptop I have no problem with it so it’s definitely a app problem. Close but no cigar has potential hopefully they can fix those bugs

I hate this new update! It always logs me out and the new layout is very complicated! Prefer the old version.

Worst Update Ever!
The new layout is not good at all. The old layout made things very easy. The new update is constantly signing me out also. Why ruin a good thing? *smh*

Wish it didn’t glitch out constantly
I love big cartel but this app sucks. It constantly logs me out. I have to open and close the app multiple times between each product posting. It crashes and freezes and lags and glitches all the time. Please fix the bugs I’m so tired of this.

So glitchy
Often loads to a blank page, or when I put in shipping info it just doesn’t register and I have to try over and over again before it’s moved to the shipped section. While adding products, often the pictures will upload but I’m unable to type in anything. Usually the fix is deleting the app and re downloading it, which gets old after doing it 100x. Just soooo glitchy.

I love love how I can easily make changes from my phone. The layout is exactly like the laptop version so it’s easy to add my products from my phone. ❤️✨

Always putting info in
As a BigCartel customer, I buy a lot of cds off bands and it’s super annoying having to put in my info every time I want to buy something. Make it customer friendly. A way to save our info so we don’t have to type it in every time. Thanks. 1 ⭐️

Looking to start using Big Cartel. After getting the app and opening it up all I get is a black screen with a white border on top. It won't do anything......not super helpful.

Really enjoy big cartel and the app works well but it would be even better with the dashboard and some other features from the site.

Easy peas!
From someone who only knows the basics of a website this made setting up my store easy! I would recommend using it to anyone that wants their customers to have a seamless experience!
Suggestion? Make store credits a possibility. And to be able to edit the email customers get when they purchase. Not that it doesn't look good but sometimes you want your personal touch added. Other than that the site is great!

Wish it had a built in customer review section , transactions/sales counter and patterned wallpapers for us to choose from for those that don't know how to much more than basics on a website
Wish duplicating a listing allows u to duplicate the title as well so we can just make minor tweaks instead of typing the whole thing out again.
Easy enough to set up. Originally was going with weebly. But not even 15 mins in. I knew that was a mistake. It wasn't user friendly. It was not allowing direct copy pasting. And I have over 230 Etsy listings. If I cannot direct copy paste. It would take weeks to set things up. Big Cartel I was able to get all 230 listings condensed and copied over to from Etsy. In just 10.5 hours. My shop got its first sale in 24 hours after launch.
Just now need to work out how this PayPal thing works and I'll be running a store that's easy to manage.
Customer reports site is very fast and smooth when they visited and poked around.

Garbage.
Hasn't worked properly since they introduced it. Each iteration seems worse then the one before. If you're a Canadian customer - the workaround they offer you is a massive pain. Don't bother.

It was working really really well and I really liked this app but then I did the update and now nothing will load. Disappointed. Hope it gets fixed.
