Easy deposit, hard withdrawal

And taking too long to give a response!!! Deposit only took minutes but withdrawing did not!! Its asking max withdrawal of x amount but when i put it its not asking put greater than another x amount

Scam....stay away

I signed up, verified my identity and all was well. Until it wasn’t! They claim my identity is not verified (after uploading my drivers license) and I have a hard time getting to customer support. I have sent numerous messages on chat yet I have to get any response back. Do not download this app or upload your identity documents. I have yet to come across a more unprofessional company the like of Skrill. I just want to close the damn account but they won’t contact me back in time so that they can charge me for a service that I never used.

I got transferred 12 US dollars and when I asked them to transfer the money to my card they first didn’t reply for 1 week then tell me out 12$ they will only give me 3.4$.

Worst service and no customer support

I have gone through the app developers page and it was Delaware corporation. I can’t believe this such a reputed company is holding this application and your application is one of the worst thing if transaction get failed either it should be refunded into app interface or bank but neither happened and the customer care number is not working.

They can only take your money

The deposit to the Skrill account will always work, anything past that will never. I’ve been trying to send money to another skrill account and it doesn’t work. No customer service that responds either. And there’s a fee for each and every thing. To deposit money, to convert currency, to withdraw money even! They scam on every step and then claim to block your account due to verification purposes.

Basically just took my money.

I tried to send, they charged me a small fee...ok...I can’t withdraw the money because I am from Canada and don’t have a “swift” number and the bottom line is I have no way to verify my account....I can deposit no problem though. I tried to send the transfer back to myself, was charged a fee again and still can’t withdraw my money...contacted customer service...replied with some long wordy stuff that doesn’t help.

Wrong personal information

They have the wrong birthdate on file for me the correct date is xxxx/xx/xx but they have 16 instead of 17. also they have my wifes birthday one day earlier . Can there be something wrong with the software. The first transaction for went great. Today it was very very very frustrating to the point that i went with another company. I am extremely disappointed!!! No where could i see a place on the site to make a birthdate change.

This is the worst application I ever used and would recommend you all not to download this there are several other applications. This is a just a fraud and you will never receive your money. Should complain about this app and should take legal actions

Worst Experience

1. They won’t give you the rate of full $ in market.

2. Most of the transactions fail. I made 12. 6 failed. The ones processed will change to failed later.

3. Even when the transaction is processed and money gets deducted from your account, it won’t get deposited into your recipients account immediately.

4. After 2 or 3 days status changes from PROCESSED to FAILED and money gets struck.

5. The money reversal date will be 5 to 7 business days when 3 to 5 business days is for any bank. This is the best way of retaining n circulating customers money. I made a transaction of $1500, $1000, $4, $1000. Only one $1000 got deposited. All the others got stuck. I’m still waiting for reversal from 14th April and it’s 23rd today.

6. I would never suggest anyone to use this. REMETLY is far better with no charge and immediate deposits. Amazing app to try.

Downloaded the app, made an account, entered password to sign in; username or password are incorrect. No problem, reset password new passwords fine and dandy, username or password in correct... erase password in passwords section, and retype password.. sign in.......... you’re account has been deleted......... wasted 30 minutes that I wish I could take back. Moral of the story kids, when you go to the toilet for #2 you do your business and it comes time to flush, well where that flush goes and piles up with everyone else’s flushes.. that’s most likely where this app was developed and squeezed through apples App Store, thank you team Skrill you enabled us the opportunity to download S*H*I*T*.

I can’t withdraw my money

I deposited some money into my account easily without any disturbances, but I tried withdrawing the same amount of money and found out I would not be getting 40% to of my money back and when I tried sending it anyways i wasn’t able to cause the app and website wouldn’t let me for some reason; so you guys can keep the money; but I’ll keep rating y’all 1 star for this. And BTW those are just the issue I chose to mention.

Transaction failed but amount deducted from bank account

Transaction number 3100092859( i was trying to send money in Indian bank account from Canada in 27 of march. But the transaction was failed and my debit card was deducted with amount of $188. I confirmed with Indian bank account but the money is not transferred. I have contacted with Skrill help centre many times but skrill told me to go my bank branch . Similarly today I went to my bank but they are saying the app(skrill) which I had used to send money , can only refund my money . So i request you to please send my money back . Thank you

More security layers sometimes make you frustrated. Once transaction failed, It takes upto 48 hours for another try and it really works after no doubt but when someone has urgent situation to where skrill fails. That’s only negative part.

Super upset with this service... deposited money to pay someone, transaction keeps failing and now I have no access to get this money back because the minimum withdrawal amount is way higher than what I have in the account. Bogus Wire Transfer

Did a wire transfer to a week before the email confirmation came in then another week before they tried to send it then only to be told it was reject with information provided directly from bank! And customer support always claim they send you an email to follow up support tickets, they never do and then proceed to close the case. You either have a good product and good staff or replace the staff that try to find shortcuts in the system because they don’t want to do the job.

If you’re thinking of getting Skrill, save yourself the time. Don’t be fooled by the 4+ star review. You can’t contact customer support when you have an issue, and the entire thing is a massive scam. You can send money but you can’t withdraw money from your account, and they ask for a ton of information. (Identify card, bank info beyond what is necessary, etc) Stick to using PayPal!! Don’t get robbed.

Worst money transfer company ever

First of all they charge an arm and a leg, secondly they hold money for almost 2 weeks but will debit the account right away. I sent two emails to Skrill regarding my funds but no reply from them.
