Have to manually check the websites
We have to manually check a website, after opening it... It doesn’t use a vpn functionality to pre-detect malicious websites like other popular apps.
I decided to pay for this app because the developer mentioned that they don’t sell their users data.
I’ll update my review when the developer adds an automatic detection functionality.

How does it work?
Seems cool but I cannot see if it is working. Is there a scan (or On) button somewhere? Is it always functioning or do we have to open the app first? You need to rework the interface so the user doesn’t feel left out of the process. In other words, be user friendly.

I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews. However, in this case It seems to be the only way to let my issues known, and to hopefully have it resolved.
I used to have no trouble at all with Avira, it used to be one of the best products available (in my opinion.) However I’ve been having trouble with it for a while now.
I can’t sign into my account. I get a black error box, even after changing my password. And on top of that, I’ve been needing additional security and support from other programs for my laptop. Right now, I can’t even get into my laptop.
The sign in issue is on my ipad.

Review of AVIRA app
Top notch people at there product support. Fast ,courteous , knowledgeable staff that get back to you in a very timely manor. I have and use all of the avira apps. And have found them to be very reliable and easy to use. I think the design and layout of there apps are well thought out and you quickly feel comfortable using them.

Paid for premium but...
I keep getting an error wherein it can’t check my license to verify premium. I like the app and decided to support the development, but if I can’t get access to premium features then what’s the point? :l Otherwise I do like your software overall. Just not happy about this.

This app is great! And I would give it a five star rating, IF 1. You made it so you could scan websites without having to access them first (I mean cmon, this is obvious), and 2. Add a threat scanner so you can look for viruses, malware, etc on your phone.

Stuck.
Avira Mobile Security worked okay until about a month ago and it has now been stuck on the same location for 4 weeks. Deleted App and reinstalled - did not fix it. How to fix?

Confusing interface
I can't tell if this app is actually doing anything. Also, it frequently opens with an ad to win a free Apple device. The ad cannot be bypassed so I have to close the app and start over.

Broken app
Since the last update it crashes within a second or two of trying to launch it. I'll probably delete it if there's no fix forthcoming.
The developers seem to assume it's because my iPhone is too old. Not so. I have an iPhone 6.

Not an antivirus
It does not scan your device for malware or viruses. Not does it checks when you visit any affected websites. Useless.

Amazing but is it virus protective
I was on chrome and I clicked a website and it said don't leave page virus detected but I actadentaly clicked the home bitten so there was a four Minute timer so it told me to get a virus app so I remembered avira so idk if I got the virus but four minutes was stressful to download and sign up but over all avira saved my apple device!!!!!!!!!!!:)
