Does not do the one thing it needs to do
After setting up an order, which is itself janky, by the way, you try to pay and it just gives an error.
Every other app has no issue with this.
If you want business, here’s a tip for you: try making it so that customers can select and pay for the things you are selling. I’ll invoice for that little gem.

The app doesn’t actually allow you to place an order. Thankfully I was able to use my phone to call and order pizza - otherwise my family would have starved.

Cart Finalize Error
Can’t place an order from your website or the mobile app. HTTP 400 bad request. Kind of a bad look to have an outage on a Saturday night. It’s a pizza ordering website not rocket science.

I have yet to get this app to work. It needs to be upgraded. It doesn’t accept orders, it doesn’t accept your payment. It is literally the worst and yet I keep trying in hopes that SOMEONE will fix it. Guess not!

Feels like it was made for a high school computer science class project. UX is awful. Super buggy. Awful awful awful.

User interface needs some work
It’s not the easiest or most intuitive app to browse the menu and order which you can do before it asked you to setup an account and log on. Trying to setup an account was painful and couldn’t be bothered to waste the time.
Password restrictions are only mentioned after you’ve entered it twice and then they flash on the screen for a second and it’s cutoff so you can only see half of the password restrictions. Why isn’t this on the screen full time when you are picking a password. These are basic app concepts.
Went elsewhere for a food app. So because of a poor app how many future food orders will they lose. It’s not like people are checking back to see if the problems fixed.

Frozen on white screen on opening.
The app freezes in a white screen when opening. On an iPhone 14 with latest iOS.
App Store shows that it hasn’t been updated in over a year, and from what I recall of it working a couple of months ago. It was clunky and cumbersome to use.
I guess Panago is on its way out.

Reset password is too hard
All I wanna do is order a pizza the reset password does not tell me what a special character is , and the fields don’t line up.

Confusing app, doesn’t integrate properly with standard iPhone stuff, UI behaves like it was tested only on pre-notch iPhones.
This app sadly has every sign of an app where management views tech as a cost centre. They try to minimize development costs and likely choose a cross platform framework and customers feel it every step of the way. Frustrating customer experience. Panago, do better.

Apparently if you store your cc info it does not require a cvv entry to confirm payment (like every other app). Someone fraudulently accessed my account and ordered food.
