App is not working right!
Constantly having issues with the TSC app. Love shopping at TSC but you need to fix this! It crashes constantly (and I am on a newer IPad), I can’t use it lately. Very frustrating!

I love the selection and prompt service, although with Covid , I had an order that I couldn’t send back . I only wish it was free returns with a certain limit.

The only way to go, on the go
I never call in an order and I order items on this app without issue - and I have ordered many items on it. If I want to see the image larger then I will use my laptop, otherwise this app is my go-to. Highly recommended.

Amazing!
I had a Dyson 8 that I ordered from shopping channel stolen from my post office. I reported it stolen to TSC. There was no hesitation, and no problem with the credit for it.
I have been shopping at TSC for years and years! I never have any problems. I order on-line and just days later my order arrives in good condition in a timely manner. If it says five days shipping...I’ve never had it take more than seven days.
It’s a five star kind of company!

App constantly crashes on Apple phone
I downloaded the application but can’t use it at all. I use many apps with my phone and have no issue. I was hoping with the last update it would get better but unfortunately, it has not been the case.

Enjoy TSC
I love checking out the products at TSC, especially since the pandemic has forced us to shop online more. My only complaint is that the shipping charges are too high. If TSC lowered the minimum amount for free shipping to $75 instead of $150, TSC will end up with many more devoted shoppers.

Selling product you don’t have
Ordered a laptop after three weeks they cancelled my order due to not being able to supply. Go online a few weeks later and laptop is up on the website again so ordered again, this time took payment and now shows back ordered again not impressed.

I would like to change my ratings to a 5 but I have 2 complaints
I’ve been a customer since 1989 when Norm, Richard, Alexandra, Greta and kellie Oliver was hosts. I love the TSC. BUT I hate when I have a discount for 15%/20% and also have to pay for shipping it defeat the purpose of giving a discount. I also feel if you have the TSC credit card you should get free shipping period. I use another credit card because at least I get points for shopping with their card. Please let me know if you have another shopping outlet store and where it’s located. I miss the outlet that was on orfus road but is now closed. Thanks😍

Fix the App
The TSC App is constantly crashing. I find this a bit annoying.
I buy a lot from TSC and have been a faithful customer for many years.
I am generally happy, but must say I hate all of the shipping charges.
On the positive side, TSC carries a lot of my favourite brands and they have good deals on the showstoppers and blockbusters. I love the hosts, they are all amazing.

I have many issues when trying to open the app, it says that my login is not valide.. grrrrrr it is always crushing, very poor app for the size of the TSC network
When you purchase I want to speak to customer service , you are put on hold for 2 hours and more..

This app is total crap!
First of all, no landscape mode, so that is automatically 1 star. But much worse, if you try to type into the search what you are looking for, it ALWAYS crashes. And when you click on a product, the arrow back button is extremely slow. It can take 30 seconds, which is a very long time when you want to look at lots of different items. So instead, I just give up and leave. And keep my money. Why are the American TV shopping apps, like QVC, very good, and our Canadian one is so poor? You are an embarrassment Rogers!

Mobility scooter
I ordered a mobility scooter for my dad, the end of May 2020, TSC charged my credit card, two weeks later I was told that the company was not making the scooters any more, very upset, poor customer service, spent 2 hours on the phone and nothing accomplished

Ordering issues
If size is out Of stock then it should not allow to to select and order it. Instead size changes to what is available during check out. No other online ordering system does this. Ridiculous that it never warns you the size you want is out of stock and your order has changed

Returns & feedback difficult
I like certain designers I can only find on TSC, however, I am very cautious what I buy from them as it is expensive and cumbersome to return items.
Items run out of stock/sizes quickly.
There isn’t much on-line functionality, would like to be able to adjust payment methods, cancel and track orders on line. When you have to call in the phone system is a disaster to navigate.
Hard to leave feedback on items.
I hate that you can only fill out a survey every 30 days but that they send you the survey e-mail anyway. Why can’t you complete a survey on every order anyway?

Theyre not sending out orders even though they’ve sent you an email confirming you ordered an item and they took money from your account. The item was out of stock, now there’s still one left because they silently put the money back in my account. Why take my money, send an email to watch out for shipping notifications if you’re not going to send my order!!!!? Nonsense

Re TSC
I’ve shopped TSC for many years, clothes, shoes , jewelry. Things for our home, and I’ve been 95% happy with most things I’ve received, the 5% disappointment would be ordering on automatic I can’t seem to get myself back to change or reorder something else. I’ve just order some hair products, and ended up. Not getting the hairspray, but instead got some olive oil products that were on special which I really did not want but couldn’t but was sfrustratd j
I just left it alone. But other than the automatic can be frustrating I couldn’t live without TSC.

Overall shopping experience
The overall shopping experience has been good which I don’t have any complaints.
In terms of merchandise, some I bought were ok nothing really highlighted about it...such as Skinn and the flip grill pan which I had to scrap the pan after 6 months of purchase. Some merchandise are definitely good so ch as Curtis Stone cookware, Elizabeth Grant, Doll10 etc
I don’t really shop in the mall or Amazon as I did in the past cuz I do most of my purchases on TSC.

Returns
I have given TSC a lower rating due to the cost of returns. If a product is inferior or doesn’t fit (sizes vary from each designer), then the customer should NOT be charged for returns.

Some glitches
I really like the app. It is easy to order the large selection of products.
However, when searching for an item the search engine closes after one number or letter. Annoying.
Also, when searching and using the jewellery, fashion and beauty icons not all brand names are listed. Again annoying. We shouldn’t have to work so hard to get to an item.
