Great app, even better support from devs.
Can’t figure out how to delete or revise my previous review.. I was mad and now I feel like a jerk. This app is honestly awesome. I was experiencing a rare issue, and all I needed to do was contact the developers. They got back to me super quickly, and resolved my issue. THANK YOU.

I had already paid for all the artwork before but...
Before the option of “pro”, I had already purchased all the artwork packages, and now unless I become a pro member, I am not able to use it. So I already paid, and with the new pro thing, my payment is not valid anymore.

Long Time User
Long time user, don’t mind paying for the features... but since the last update it CONSTANTLY crashes and is slow/buggy. It doesn’t save images properly (just a white block in my photos once exported) and crashes after each time I try and save. It sometimes takes me 15-20 minutes just to save a photo. Sometimes I just screen shot my finished product to save me the haste, which obviously isnt ideal for quality or transparent images. It also crashes every time you try and go Mack to the main menu (exit out of an edit). Please fix this and I’ll change my review. Otherwise, I’ll be cancelling my sub and using a different program.

I use to love this app but now it looks like I am forced to get DesignLab Pro and it’s a paid subscription. Probably will be deleting the app.

Too many bugs and nothing he’s fixed
This app sucks, purchased while back before everything costed money to use, when I bought the app everything after was free but now you have to pay monthly for a garbage app. DO NOT BUY THIS APP it’s sucks and is slow. CUSTOMER SUPPORT also LACKS and they take a month to respond without a solution to the problem, they have no knowledge what’s so ever about their own app. Get a proper photo editing software such as photoshop.!

I did the update and now it doesn’t open at all. I did the update because it was acting up and thought it was because I needed to update and now it doesn’t work at all.

Disappointed
Purchased this app before it was updated to a subscription service. Now the extras/bonus content has been removed. Many apps are going this route from what I have seen. Still a balance needs to be found between users that have paid and new content/features that are added when apps are updated. Switching to a more industry used app like Photoshop. The onus now falls on the creators of apps like this to make it worth it to switch to their app for a monthly fee. Pay Adobe or pay the creators of this app and others of its ilk the decision is now up to the current users and people considering downloading this app. Which app will give you the most bang for your money via a subscription service?

Problems
The app is buggy and doesn’t perform well on my phone. I unfortunately bought a pro subscription as well and would like my money back but the dev said they won’t refund me. Yes it’s been less than 30 days since my purchase.
I wouldn’t recommend this app. Unfold is way better and cheaper.

Until the upgrade. Removed the option to save pictures in high quality so blowing up or printing anything you create doesn't look great at all..

Beware
This use to be my go to app until now. Why the change you ask!? Well now I am be forced to upgrade to Pro and the app doesn’t allow you to work on a new project without agreeing to either a monthly or yearly subscription.
I don’t want to be paying monthly for an app especially since I was given any other option.

This app is good except when the developers keep screwing the customer on the ‘pro’ version. I bought the pro upgrade a few months ago and suddenly I don’t have access unless I subscribe to the yearly pro paying for the whole year or monthly now. Unless you want to just have these guys take your money for nothing I’d avoid this app if I were you.
