I play this game so much I got fired from my job. My girlfriend at me and she shacked up with another girl! I’m behind on my bills and I having no food in my fridge. Who cares!? I’m playing this game instead of working and being responsible!

Force close is a serious problem
yep, another great ios app plagued with a forceclosing problem. every time i get a facebook or messenger message it crashes the game. i could turn my notifications off but that shouldn't be a problem. i hate having to redo part of a dungeon because of that.

Weird freezing
The game freezes momentarily (often 5 or six times during a single battle) during gameplay. Not catastrophic but unsettling. You wonder if it'll stay frozen.
Knocks you out of the experience.
Once in a while is no biggie, but way too frequent.

Best JRPG I ever played!!
Everything that you want from a Japanese RPG is in that game, and I mean literally. Its the funniest RPG I have ever played, period. Everything is good, from story, spells, items, encounters, side quests, etc. This jrpg done with a RPG Maker is one of a kind. 5 stars. 10/10. 5 out of 5 Sanchez. It is a must buy for any old school RPG fans!

AMAZING!!!!
I've only played an hour or so and its one of my favourite RPGs of all time! Good old SNES quality RPG with hilarious modern geek-culture references! Was laughing within the first couple minutes of play!!!! Now I know why there were so many 5 star ratings! A must buy if you're craving a good, old school, turn-based RPG!!!!! Well worth the 3 bucks!

1.8.3 wiped my game saves
Really love this game. Anyone who grew up playing 16bit RPGs will feel right at home. Unfortunately the latest 1.8.3 update seems to have wiped all of my saved game slots. Otherwise it's a 5 star experience.

Absolutely fantastic!!!
I haven't enjoyed a game so much in a very long time. Can't think of the last time I got some much quality gameplay for just a couple bucks. It's clear a lot of love went into it. Definitely buying D&D Advanced as soon as I finish this one.

The Game an 'RPG Searcher' is looking for...
As soon as I got my ipod, within a day, I've had it bloated with games hoping that one of them, cut the cake as an 'RPG on the go'.
This is the one.
With it's easy controls, unique in-game systems, and funny dialogue, (and story lines,) it's perfect for any D&D and/or final fantasy-fan.

One of the, if not the best game I ever downloaded. I can't wait for the sequel! Grammar is kinda bad though, it doesn't really affect the gameplay.

Good game
Huge maps with tons of weapons, cash, monsters, secrets.. I also really enjoyed the satiric tone of the story regarding rpgs in general.
Dungeons are not too long and the pace of the game is fast. But aside (and after) the main story there are lots of sidequest and powerups still available. It took me about 13h to complete the main storyline and 35h total to complete all the quests.
Totaly worth the price.

Best RPG in a long time!
This rpg in the vein of ff was extremely well done! I just finished the main quest and a few side quests in a little over 16 hours. It has a ton of humour which keeps it fresh and original. The game interface is very well done, intuitive and easy and quick to navigate. The level up system and amount of loot, gear and spells allows for a lot of customization. The boat and airship are a great addition too. I highly recommend this game.

Just simply amazing! I've played for about 35 hours so far. It's better than Final Fantasy Dimensions and it's not expensive at all. No in-app purchases either. The game has so more treasure hunting and exploration to offer. The story is perfect and funny as hell. I will follow for any upcoming sequels. Thanks for giving me such a good time! =D

With charming characters, and a humorous yet loving take on RPG genre conventions, Doom and Destiny will quickly become your first choice when you have a few minutes to spare.
Don't be fooled by the lighthearted tone, there is a deep RPG with some interesting mechanics underneath it all. Infinitely swappable skills let you tailor your party to your playstyle as well as your circumstances.
All in all a great game! Can't wait to see what this developer comes up with next :)

RPG I've been waiting for
I don't do this. I don't stop playing a game to review it. I don't click my action button, open the App Store, search for an app and gush in this review field.
This game is exactly what the doctor ordered for anyone that is looking for the SNES rpg experience on iOS.
One thing I love is the constant reference to this game's predecessors. Play the game, and you will know what I mean. This app is THICK with homage.
I can't say enough. The game is complex, but not complicated. I'm not going to waste any more of your time talking, just buy this game and enjoy!

Great RPG
This game is fantastic. The story is funny and self-aware, frequently poking fun at the absurdities that occur in RPGs. The combat is enjoyable and well thought out with tons of options available in how to develop your characters as well as how to assign abilities, equipment, etc. There's lots of hidden secret stuff to find, gags to be found and fun references to nerd culture all throughout the game. There're frequent spelling and grammatical errors in the text, but that's a minor gripe. If you enjoy RPGs, you'll enjoy this game.

Very good!
I hadn't stumbled upon a good game like this one in a long time. However the cloud saving is really crap. The game works with skydrive but log in you have to leave the app, and when you come in the game restarts and doesn't download cloud saves. I'm sure they have their reason for using skydrive rather than iCloud but really it just doesn't work.
Worth the purchase anyways, but if you play on two devices beware the skydrive.
