我第一次從他們家訂購機票，結果登機姓名是錯的。我問過航空公司他們說平台是能夠修改的、修改姓名才能登機。平台客服無能一直推托無法修改沒有權限。

Error cost me $530
I was looking for hotels for Mexico in April and found a link for a rate in trip.com. I booked it and I guess at some point the month changed to May when the app opened. I noticed right away and tried to edit and contact customer service. They said I couldn’t edit or cancel and had to forgo the $530. On a related note, if anyone is going to Mexico in may, you can use my hotel nights! I’ll even give them to you free just so the error isn’t a total wash. I wish there was at least a grace period.

Trip.com has access to hotels in China that I don’t see in other apps. I also find it’s cheaper to buy Chinese domestic flight tickets. It’s also super easy to buy Chinese train tickets using the app. Overall highly recommended.

The customer service team gave me the runaround for over two hours when I was finally put through to a supervisor they sent me a email offering me a $10 credit to cover Little to nothing of what’s happening during my issue and it was then the hotel staff who I had to plead and explain the situation to them in regards to what happened on the app and they were more considerate than the actual operators of this app itself. I would not recommend if you run into a major problems when it comes to your booking to book with this trip app or website overall they are not helpful or considerate about things especially when you’re in a foreign country

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Avoid Trip.com
I had the worst experience with Trip.com during the recent fires in LA. I was visiting a friend who lost his home and was evacuated, and despite the travel advisory warning against traveling to the area, Trip.com refused to issue me a refund.
I repeatedly explained my situation, emphasizing the severity of the circumstances and the danger involved, but their customer service didn’t listen to a single one of my concerns. They showed zero compassion or understanding, prioritizing their policies over basic humanity.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening to deal with a company that has no regard for its customers or the difficult situations they may face. I urge everyone to think twice before booking with Trip.com. A company that refuses to acknowledge human emergencies should not be trusted with your travel plans.

It's a SCAM
Using this app has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, as the platform seems more focused on enabling hotels to exploit their customers than on providing genuine support for travelers. My recent booking with Super 8 by Wyndham Macleod Trail Calgary through Trip.com exposed the platform’s utter disregard for customer concerns and its inability - or unwillingness - to hold hotels accountable for unethical practices. Despite providing clear documentation disputing wrongful charges, including baseless fees for alleged damages and fabricated claims of lost revenue, Trip.com offered no meaningful assistance in resolving the matter. Instead, they deflected responsibility back to the hotel, effectively leaving me to deal with their predatory practices on my own. Trip.com’s customer service feels like an afterthought, with generic responses that fail to address specific issues, and their policies appear designed to shield hotels, even in cases where their actions clearly violate hospitality norms. By refusing to intervene, Trip.com not only fails to protect its customers but also becomes complicit in facilitating hotels’ unethical behavior, undermining the trust and security travelers expect from a booking platform. This experience has left me feeling betrayed and convinced that Trip.com prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction or ethical business practices, and I will not be using their services again.

Quand je voulais réserver un vol à chaque fois l’app m’indiquait que ce billet n’était plus disponible et me faisait rafraîchir. Le même vol s’affichait, le prix augmentant un peu à chaque fois sans succès. J’ai arrêté de faire rafraîchir la page et d’augmenter le prix je suis juste allée ailleurs !

Wont honer any compensation
I called the customer service. Talk to them back and fourth that my flight was been delayed and talk to manager that really did not help at all. Asking about compensation of flight delayed for 4hrs and there policy stated about involuntary flight changes if the flight is cancelled, delayed, rescheduled involuntarily they will compensate the customer but it’s a scam!!
I will never use this app again.

Had to cancel a flight 2 weeks prior to flight because a member of my family I was visiting deceased when I was there and had to attend , got told to give proofs and personal information and finally that it would take 2 weeks at least to proceed refund and month later refund got cancelled

Proper Scam
I bought a ticket via trip.com through the app the ticket was booked I got the confirmation from Qatar as well. Later on the next day when it was my flight I got a notification that the flight has been cancelled whereas Qatar airways told me it was still going as per schedule. After continuous failed attempt non of the support teams at trip.com helped and since a year now my refund has not been given to me.
SAVE YOURSELF DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Terrible customer service
I received an email 7 hours before my flight that it was cancelled. When I called trip.com, they advised me that it would take 24 hours or longer to rebook the flight. No offer of a refund, just that I should contact the airline? The reason I use a travel company is so I don’t have to talk to the airline. No accountability, they didn’t care, trip.com was more than happy to take my money but not interested in resolving the situation. Avoid this company at all costs. Now I am supposed to go to the airport at 3am and fly to Taipei with no confirmation of a connecting flight to Vancouver. Trip.com, you truly are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer support.

Horrible customer service/refund policy
Been dealing with this app and it’s horrible customer service, due to the outbreak and travel restrictions, they will not refund hotel costs and the air fair they are also not refunding, try to wait for a rep and we are number 815 in line, I have already contacted credit card company and will have to dispute charges with them.
