Customer service poor
App was not showing my purchase history so I sent a an inquiry to customer service. No answer from them at all.

Can’t even choose quantity
App is pretty much useless. The only way to see quantity is to use flash seats website.

App didn’t work for my concert tickets. Tried contacting customer service and never got a response (waited 6 weeks and heard nothing)

There is no customer care
We ordered tickets to attend Alice Cooper. With no word we contacted AXS who said the purchase did not go through. So we ordered again and received confirmation we had the tickets. We travelled a great distance to London and when we arrived we still did not have the tickets. I contacted AXS the day before the concert and they told me the purchase did not go through. It couldn’t explain why. They told me they would look into it and send me a email. Never received an email and after me sending 3 more emails they never responded. Needless to say we missed our concert. I have since send three emails and have not had a reply. They don’t have CUSTOMER CARE. Very poor not even a 1 out of 10.

App designed to sell your info!
Tried to remove my Amex account info from the app or website but it deliberately does not allow you to remove the info! What a desperate way to maximize fees from Amex! Amex, really you need this vendor?

Terrible App
I have tried numerous times to edit my personal information on both the mobile app, and their website. Auto correct, spelled my name wrong, I have even emailed their help department. No one got back to me, and I’m still unable to edit my personal info.

easier on laptop
I found it works best on a laptop where you can see the seats better plus it’s easier to find the correct submit button and not the Done on the keyboard
