Description
IPcoach is a self-help and wellness App designed for healthcare students (e.g., medicine, nursing, psychology, counseling, social work, occupational therapy etc.) to assist with Imposter Phenomenon (IP) or imposter syndrome. It is a resource to assist you in finding your own balance in IP beliefs and behaviors that are impacting you.
How it works:
Learn: Understand that you are not alone and that IP is common among healthcare students.
Monitor: Track engagement in IP behaviors (overpreparing, underpreparing, and unhelpful comparisons).
Set Goals: Make goals to decrease problematic IP behaviors in your life.
Practice: Take action to make lasting changes in IP behavior weekly.
Track Progress: Monitor your progress weekly toward lowering your level of IP.
Empower: Celebrate progress, reduce IP levels, and find your personal balance.
