Paid for the pro plan. Won’t let me use it even once. Says I have reached my daily maximum. Won’t even allow me to send a message to help center. Cancelled my subscription. Paid one month for nothing!!

How can I not copy and paste a simple doc or text into the chat box? Seems basic
