L’application Info-collectes est la nouvelle application officielle pour vos services de collecte des matières résiduelles! Elle regroupe toutes les informations utiles au tri et à la réduction de vos matières résiduelles, en fonction de votre adresse : calendrier personnalisé de collecte, emplacement et disponibilité des points de dépôt, horaire et informations pratiques sur l’écocentre, consignes de tri (matières acceptées et refusées) et plus encore.
Recevez des rappels pour sortir vos bacs, des trucs et astuces pour réduire vos matières résiduelles et restez informés de tout changement vous concernant.
Collectes des matières résiduelles à domicile :
L’application vous donne automatiquement le jour du prochain passage du camion pour les collectes des déchets, des matières recyclables, des matières organiques et des résidus verts. Vous avez également accès au calendrier annuel des collectes, avec prise en compte des jours fériés. Vous saurez aussi quand sera la période de collecte des sapins de Noël à votre porte.
Où donner? Où et quand jeter? Comment recycler vos résidus spéciaux?
L’application recense les points de dépôt les plus proches de vous grâce à la géolocalisation. Vous trouverez facilement le point de dépôt des contenants consignés, les boîtes de dons de vêtements et autres points de service. Vous découvrirez peut-être des lieux et des organismes où donner des vêtements, comment opter pour le compostage et que faire des petits appareils à moteur, les matelas, les appareils électroniques et informatiques, etc. Enfin, vous n’aurez plus de doute sur l'horaire d’ouverture de l’écocentre : la bonne information est dans l’application!
Restez informés :
L’application diffuse des informations personnalisées, en temps réel, sur les modifications d’horaires ou fermetures des points de service, les reports de collectes à votre adresse, ou des mesures spéciales prises par la Ville de Saint-Jérôme.
L’application permet également de faire des requêtes pour les collectes non effectuées à votre domicile ou votre lieu de travail ainsi que des pour des demandes de livraison ou de réparations de bacs brisés.
