Description

Pro Stone Curling is the most realistic curling game there is.

With the Winter Games coming up, learn the rules of the game and the feel the thrill of making that perfect throw.

Four game modes.

Career mode

- Choose your country and stone colour, upgrade your aim, curling and sweeping skills along the way playing a series of different teams along the way to the top!

Versus mode

- Play against a computer or another human (No online multiplayer)

Challenge mode

- One throw challenges. Try and recreate famous curling throws to appreciate the skill behind it all. And some fun throws just for fun.

Editor mode

- See a curling shot in real life you want to try? Or just have a wacky idea? Set it up yourself and take a shot!

Overall

Game is fun and probably the best one on the market, but your scenario 11 shot with Scott Howard isn’t possible I’ve tried for over 150+ attempts in the Same area with different speeds and spins and the shooter rock can’t stick to get a score of 3 needs fixing or be removed

Love it, but

The game is great and I love that it exists at all, but the AI is too good at shotmaking but a bit weak at strategy. Every shot is inch-perfect through ports that real top players would avoid except in must-have moments. It curls 100% on shots that IRL would maybe be 65%ers on average. Meanwhile, it doesn’t really construct ends so much as chase the button all the time.

That said, still a lot of fun and very happy playing it.

Best curling game on the market currently, would be great if it was added in that a game would finish if they mathematically cannot win

GREAT GAME but AI logic needs work

Best curling game made from a physics and gameplay standpoint by a large margin. Plays like a true curling game if you play H2H but the AI needs work for true curlers. As someone who has skipped my whole life the AI is very easy to play against even on max difficulty. They will never peel a guard and rarely hit, and even when they do hit it’s usually thrown with the wrong turn so they are just playing ticks and picks. I’ve had it on more than one occasion when I get a few rocks behind cover and the AI gets stuck in a loop playing the same impossible shot and basically just throws the rock through. Becomes very easy to score and control the game with very simple strategies

All in all is a great curling game but for die hard curlers it can become very simple very quick! Would love an online H2H option

Few minor details

I wish the score at the end of the game was cumulative but it only shows you how many points you score in the 4th end. For example, if I score 3 in the fourth end but had 13 total, it would show my final score as 3 instead of 13. I would also like if the career lasted a little longer and had more difficult opponents.

Excellent game until ads were introduced

I was having a lot of fun with the free version of this game, played through the limited career mode and challenges and was happy to just keep playing 4-end games against the CPU, but after a few days it started playing ads between each end. Completely ruined the game for me.
