Originally launched in 2012, Reps & Sets was one of the first strength training apps on iPhone. Now it’s been completely reimagined for iOS 26, iPadOS, and watchOS — featuring full iCloud sync, a best-in-class Apple Watch experience, Liquid Glass design, Siri Shortcuts, and seamless Health app integration.
