Nothing works
The app doesn’t remember profiles if you click “remember me”, you can’t actually link a credit card despite having one, and the loading in times are HORRENDOUS. I understand needing to update an experience, but the experience at least needs to be functioning. And, after reading other reviews and seeing that you DO respond, that I’m hoping this means you ARE taking people’s concerns seriously and trying to fix it. Because I know that I’ll happily leave for another bank if this keeps being an issue

I still can’t add my credit card. The app load time is embarrassing—I thought it might improve. Your poor tellers are stressed right out, I can’t get near that bank anymore because of lineups— everyone is so confused by this mess of an app. 2.9 review, but it’s us, right? Wow..

iPad version required
No difference in screen sizing between iPad and iPhone version. When opening app on iPad the screen is small. The older app was more user friendly that way.

Prettier, but missing functionality
Much prettier than the old app, but missing functionality or hidden to the point it’s not easy to use. Old app had a view void cheque feature, post-dated and recurring etransfers, but this one doesn’t seem to.

This new app is a FAILURE
I left a review earlier, but it wasn’t posted for some reason. This new app is a real downgrade. As many people have noted, they can’t even login. I was able to login, but I’ve been unable to do Interac E transfers from the start. I also find the text in the app way too small to read and the user interface generally sucks. Overall, this app is a big disappointment. There is no excuse for this kind of FAIL. Oh, and by the way, phoning their number is not necessarily going to help you. Support is slow and unable to resolve issues.

Can’t sign in without biometrics
There is suppose to be an option for not using the biometrics which I don’t want to use, but it keeps going to the bio page and stops. No option to get past it! This is my 4th day trying and now waiting on old for a very long time which tells me there is many frustrated people trying to get this app to work! Should have left the old app until you got all the issues sorted out!

At least the old app worked
I’m sure there are lots of bugs to be worked out with a new app, but I would’ve hoped more would’ve been fixed on a banking app before launching.
I was prompted to create an account profile 3 times before it registered. I clicked “Remember Me” the first time I created the account but wasn’t remembered and after logging in was informed I should have clicked it again to use biometric sign in. Then I tried 3 times to deposit a cheque and only got a vague error message. I specialized in UX/UI design, and it took 5 mins to become extremely frustrated with the usability and function of the new app. I didn’t like the old app for all the extra unnecessary steps it prompted, but at least it worked.
Aesthetically it looks a lot more modern but still not as seamless as other banking apps, and the function/usability still needs work.

The new app will not let me login. It starts the login process and then gets stuck every time, says the app is unavailable, or won’t go past the set up biometrics page.

Not loving it
There is no immediate visual access to etransfer - I need to go looking for it buried somewhere in the app (which I still haven’t found!). The old version was just fine. I could see everything I needed and access what I needed to do quickly & at a glance. Searching for stuff here and there (and not even finding it) is inconvenient and time consuming. Plus the new look is visually quite stark. The new app takes way too long to load and then even longer to log in. Frankly, underwhelming.
